Ugh.. Had another binge today :o
Started the day full of good intentions and was doing green but then I decided I was sick of being hungry and had dressing on my salad  and tikka chunks  and 2 Curly Wurlys and a bag of korma poppadums :o
I did half an hours 'extreme biking' as I call it :D (an RPM of over 100) and I managed to pull it back at tea time with some Linda Mc sausages (the free ones) mash (proper smash and surprisingly creamy without butter or milk but I added plenty of salt) beans and garden peas. Have had quite a lot of superfree today so I'm hoping that might help along the naughty ness a bit!
Not going to post my menu for obvious reasons :D
    Night all xx

Right well it is a new day. I am going to put the Kit Kats away in a biscuit tin and set away from them.

Not much planned for today; not feeling cracking and we have a delivery due so going to have to give playgroup a miss (annoying as I'm buying two jigsaws off the woman who runs it and I wanted them for next week :/) I also have a driving lesson - so close to be able to pass my test now I can almost feel my license turning pink ;) Finally got my theory booked for the week after next and if I pass that my instructor is happy for me to just book a test asap then keep calling for a cancellation :) Great motivation for losing weight as if I buy crap etc I'll have no money for my car haha. I'd love to manage to get a cancellation in July then order my car around the end of the month 'for' my birthday hehe.

Anyway, back to SW/actually losing weight:
B: think I'm going to pop some 'omlette' snacks in the oven (egg, tomato and mushroom ones today - baked in silicon cake cases. You can add cheese too but I don't think it needs them)
    S: Cherries
L: not so sure - are the tomato pasta mugshots still free on EE? I know tomato and herb and spicy tomato are but these ones are just plain tomato....anyway probably a mugshot and some fruit as I have loads to fit in before my driving lesson
T: I'm thinking either cottage pie or spag bol - both of which work out at 7 syns
Supper: a slice of toast (HeB)
    HeA: milk in tea

I have decided that whenever I crave something sweet today I will have a glass of NAS or a cup of tea then see where I stand. For really unavoidable cravings I'll have a pink and white (2.5 syn) or maybe 100g easi-yo yogurt which I believe is about 3 syns :)

Ooh, how exciting, you have the perfect motivation right there.....whenever you crave something sweet, just think about the car you will be able to buy if you save that money :D
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
