Bad news, the turkey is 12.5 or 13 if lemon and pepper added. So time to kick the (kit)-kat!

Meg72 we love our actifry as well. Ours is very dirty with the spry oil and I have tried everything to clean it. The dishwasher doesn't help. Can you tell me what you used and can you tell me how to make the chicken fried rice as it sounds lovely. Thank you very much in advance and good luck with your actifry. Ours is on sometimes lunch and dinner time. X

That's great, hope they are the ones elljay found at a good price.
Sorry to hear you are in pain Beanie, hope you feel better soon Xx

Absolutely gutted tonight to have had a half a pound gain. I've had 5 syns per day on average (not one day over 10) and walked for miles. The only difference is that I haven't been to the gym as the kids have been off on half term. Damn hormones! It's every 4 weeks, mid cycle I have a gain .

Really thought I might have been in with a chance of getting my 4 stone award this week :(.

thank you, that's a fab list, off into town tomorrow so i will look in aldi. in the end i got some of the chewy delight ones at a pound per box.

i have another question if anyone knows the answer. if i have a mug of options @2 syns made with milk from my allowance is it still 2 syns? thought i'd better check seeing as making things differently sometimes affects the overall value, like cooking fruit. cheers if anyone knows.:)

    Hi All :hello:

A bit late in posting, problems with our internet in work meant it was blocking every single site (I broke out in a sweat):rotfl:. We only get 60 minutes a day (6 x 10 minute increments) but this one is free :D.

So Today I think looks like a GREEN DAY?? Maman will correct me if I am wrong

B - Strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, blueberries
L - Wholemeal pasta, tuna, peppers, spring onion, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries, FF Greek yoghurt.
D - HM Salmon Fishcakes, (HEB1 for breadcrumbs) actifry chips, salad, milk (HEA1)
I will have 2nd HEA & HEB later tonight.

I am enjoying my hip hop abs, but I really thought I had good rythym until I done this, the dance moves Shaun T & his team do are hard to keep up, I must look like a right plank!!!

I also started the 30 day plank again yesterday, need to set a timer on my phone as I kept forgetting about it last time.

The syn value is just for the 11g sachet of Options powder. Many of them are 1.5 syns BTW especially the flavoured ones. Some people add them to yogurts and mix into puddings but if you a mix it with milk then it's from your HEA or synned extra.

It's 2 syns as long as it's made with no milk or with milk from your allowance. Otherwise it would be more syns on top of the 2 for any milk you used as extra (ie not from allowance) Xx

Neither tuna nor salmon are free foods on a Green Day. You can have a certain amount of each as a HEB, but if you do so then you do not have another HEB left for later as you stated Xx
