Quick post and run this morning.

    Green Day:

    B: Magic Porridge & Banana
    L: Noodles. Fruit.
D: Spicy bean burger, SW chips and peas. Fruit

    milk for tea.

Remember you can have an extra HEA and B today!;)

*bread = 2 slices from small wholemeal loaf or 3 slices wholemeal Nimble or 57gm wholemeal bread roll

Some brilliant ideas consultant, thanks very much.:) Unfortunately you can't have three slices of any bread any more as a HEB. I got to target with 3 slices of WW Brown Danish which was great as a slice for breakfast and a sandwich at lunchtime but it was taken from the list. So Nimble counts like any other wholemeal.:(

Had an off plan lunch today. Went into city with DH and he fancied Ikea meatballs. I could have had a salad but.......:o rest of the day's on plan though.

Have a great time in France denise.

Mrs Ryan - don't fret about the dress - some makes are very small fitting. I have loads of skirts in my wardrobe that are 16 and don't quite fit yet - the ones with side zips. Other 16s are massive!! Just keep going and look how far you've come.

Yes! Why is it always the side zips that do that??

Good evening everyone :) Well, I had my exam this afternoon and I've hot through it all without the mountains of chocolate anticipated :D

Just cooking my dinner now, spinach and gammon soup which is one of my very favourites. The bf can fend for himself when he gets in :)

B: banana, strawberries, pear, muller light
    L: ham salad
    D: spinach and gammon soup

Heb crispbreads to dip into the soup- an experiment!
    Hea milk for latte
    Syns: chocolate fingers!

    Weigh in tomorrow, Wooh!

Back of my business trip. Did better food wise this time, flask and mug shots worked a treat. Did have some slip ups though, skimmed milk lattes, some hard boiled sweets when I felt travel sick, a fish soup, 2 biscuits, vodka and some chips over the 3 days I was away. Tomorrow is weigh in day so will see the damage then. Constipated again though so hitting the water and senna tablets tonight.

Breakfast - bran flakes, skimmed milk
Lunch - mixed grill and salad
Tea - pasta, mushroom, quark, onion, cauli, brocolli and melon.

    Syns - sausage 4, salad dressed 2, options hot chocolate 2, Curly wurly6.5 - TOTAL 14.5.

Had last massage today until January :( Really enjoy them, apart from helping the ME they are my treat instead of sweets/chocolate. However did give in to chocolate monster tonight. After my massage I'd booked in to have my roots done and a cut and blow dry. This normally takes about an hour, tonight it took TWO HOURS! I had about 5 different people doing my hair. One put the colour on, another took it off, another cut my hair with the teacher coming along to check and adjust, then another did the blow drying. Needless to say when I got home I was starving. I'd prepared the SW chips before going for my appointments so only had to put them in the oven but I only just finished eating about half an hour ago. I was still hungry and caved in to temptation and had 3 squares of chocolate, at least it was limited! Now enjoying a lovely cup of tea.

Despite all the chaos, I'm very pleased with my hair, been needing doing for weeks now but wanted to leave it as late as possible so that it will still be ok for DD1's graduation next month.

  • Sorry to hear you are in pain Beanie, hope you feel better soon Xx

Absolutely gutted tonight to have had a half a pound gain. I've had 5 syns per day on average (not one day over 10) and walked for miles. The only difference is that I haven't been to the gym as the kids have been off on half term. Damn hormones! It's every 4 weeks, mid cycle I have a gain .

Really thought I might have been in with a chance of getting my 4 stone award this week :(.
