Well baby massage went amazingly, the walk there and back was pretty good - like an upper body workout pushing the pram though! As it was dry I went straight up to town and had a cuppa in the hospice market day cafe, bought a few bits and walked back so all in all that's 4-4.5mile walked today and it's only lunch time!

I have had two biscuits though so that's about 6 previously unplanned syns. Syn free soup for lunch now though. Also bought a couple of mugshots as I haven't had them in a while and figured they'd make a decent snack. Will check the ones I got are free now

Hi everyone, I'm trying desperately to catch up! Some really fab losses. WI tonight for me and I'm just trying not to think about it:eek:. Also discovered this morning the Mullerlight fudge pudding pots I bought at the weekend and scoffed are 4.5 syns each:eek::eek: Lesson learned, check first. Especially if something tastes so darned nice, bit of a giveaway really eh

Only had fruit and yoghurt so far today, not feeling very hungry and know I'm getting a bit of a strop on I'm so annoyed with myself.

Anyway will be back tomorrow to report the damage and be back on track.

    Take care all x

    Hi All :hello:

Well a big stinking rotten 1lb Gain for me last night!!! Please Shala
I wasn’t surprised really, it was also *week & I still had work clothes on which are heavier than my leggings & vest top I usually wear.
Back to it 100% this week, totally focused, I am also going back to keeping my online diary.

Have any of you tried the bags from Asda, I like to cook from scratch & batch cook & freeze but a lot of people in group have tried the Asda Vegetable Curry Bag @ £1.50, I think you just add tinned tomatoes & a stock cube, takes 30 minutes & its supposed to be delicious, I need a quick dinner on a Monday & Tuesday due to kids clubs & Group. We are having this tonight but going to add in some chicken as well to fill us up a bit!

    So EE today again

B – Kiwi, melon, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries
L – Wholemeal pasta, tuna with mixed peppers, spring onion & mayo (1 syn), melon, strawberries, pineapple, aldi greek lemon yoghurt.
    D – Chicken/Veg Curry

HEA & HEB Toast & Cheese
Syns – kit kat later on 5.5

Drinks so far – 2 coffees, 1 green tea, 1.2 l water, willhave a couple of peppermint teas later on, I am really enjoying them!

I think I spend so much for a number of reasons, chief of which is the bf and his restrictive appetite. Meat and carbs only, aside from peas :wall: So meals tend to be meat heavy and I can only use veg as a side. Which then means I tend to go for sf fruit rather than veg. Part of me thinks sod it, I prefer fruit anyway so who cares if it's expensive. I think my wallet cares though :D

My hubby & son are not a big fruit/veg eater either, I do try sneak some veg into meals for them, my daughter is not too bad. To cut back costs, I buy bags of frozen veg from farmfoods, a lot cheaper than buying fresh every other day. I also buy frozen chopped onions (just because I hate chopping them) :rotfl:. I also buy frozen berries from there or Aldi, although Aldi ones are nicer! I also use Aldi for basics like beetroot/ff natural yoghurt, Sesame Seed Ryvita type things their greek yoghurts (99p for 4) are lovely, also things like beetroot/pickles/mayo are all a lot cheaper, do you have an Aldi near you that you could perhaps do a large shop in to make it worth while?

Well not long back from class and reporting in with a 3lb loss this week and I also got Slimmer of the Week for loss last week.

Fab loss :T:T well done you!

Dundee Doll & Jsut the two of us - Fab losses :T:T well done you!
Maman - Well done on your list, that will be a great help for people.
Mrs R - Look how far you have come & pat yourself on the back, have a binge & then get back on the wagon :D
Never too old - I love my actifry, have only used it for chips, herby cubed potatoes & roast potatoes, would not be without it now.

Sorry if I missed any other losers ;), hope everyone is doing well.

With noticing how you get 2 HeA and 2 HeB on green/red days I'm tempted to give them ago but...if I'm honest I don't entirely understand them...that's why I went for EE and stuck with it whilst it worked!

I wonder if this might help. Its old so possible that some of the weights are different now:-

    7 DAY GREEN MENU

Choose 1 breakfast, 1 lunch & 1 dinner menu each day (healthy extras are built in)

    BREAKFASTS

    Ham omelette
Start the day as you mean to go on – tuck into a large omelette filled with 85g chopped ham and fresh herbs, served with loads of grilled cherry tomatoes and button mushrooms. If you’re still peckish, enjoy a pear or two.

    Fruit & Fibre
28g Kellogg’s Sultana Bran topped with fresh satsuma segments and milk from the allowance. Whether you have it for your breakfast or a mid-morning snack, enjoy 1 Ryvita Original/Dark Rye/Sesame crispbread topped with very low fat natural cottage cheese and freshly chopped chives or chunks of fresh pineapple.

    Egg & soldiers
Enjoy soft boiled eggs and soldiers cut out of 2 slices of bread*. Start or finish your breakfast with a bowl of fresh grapefruit and orange segments, sweetened with artificial sweetener if desired.
    LUNCHES

    Filled pitta
Fill up a mini pitta (wholemeal) with 57g hummus, lots of sliced tomato and lettuce, followed by a pot of Free yogurt and fresh fruit.

    Egg sandwich
Enjoy 2 slices of bread* filled with sliced hard boiled egg, beetroot, lettuce and sliced tomato. If you’re a pickle fan, add a few gherkins and pickled onions to your plate.

    Jacket ratatouille
Bake a huge jacket potato. Fill with unlimited chopped courgettes, onions and mixed peppers cooked in canned chopped tomatoes, topped with 42g grated reduced fat Cheddar cheese and served with a large salad.
    DINNERS

Quorn chilli with jacket potato or rice
To make Quorn chilli place some crushed garlic and chopped onion in a pan with 142ml beef Bovril or Vecon stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in some Quorn mince, canned tomatoes, canned kidney beans, chilli powder and seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes before serving.

    Oriental mushrooms
Fry some chopped spring onion, whole baby sweetcorn, diced red pepper and halved mushrooms in Fry Light. Add a little ground ginger and cook until tender, add some chopped oyster mushrooms and a little soy sauce and heat through, serve with egg noodles and a large mixed salad. Follow with a bowl of summer fruits and topped with a Free yogurt.

    Spanish rice
Cook lots of chopped leeks, mixed peppers and diced aubergine in a frying pan with some crushed garlic, finely chopped chilli and a can of chopped tomatoes, until tender, add a large portion of boiled rice and continue cooking until the liquid has evaporated, serve with a large salad. If you have any leftovers, this dish makes a great cold lunch on Green!

    Ratatouille pasta
Cook some chopped onion and crushed garlic in a little stock, add lots of chopped mixed peppers, courgettes and tomatoes and cook until soft. Serve with lots of freshly boiled pasta, chopped herbs and seasoning. Have a large bunch of grapes for pudding or supper.

*bread = 2 slices from a small wholemeal loaf or 57gm wholemeal bread roll
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
