Well done losers and well done to those you are struggling but still hanging on in there.

Love all the talk of shopping and who buys what from where. I do main shop at Sainsbobs but more and more each week is coming from Lidl mainly fruit and veggies.

Well not long back from class and reporting in with a 3lb loss this week and I also got Slimmer of the Week for loss last week. I thought that SotW was for the greatest loss that week and not the week before. That's how it used to be when I did it 20years ago.

Had about 6 syns for my tea (Youngs Gastro fish do dah, SW chips and beans - don't look for the third sf :o) and I was going to have a bit of choccie but we had just had a big bl@@dy bowl of fruit salad as I have so much fruit it wont fit in the fridge. Oh well the choccie will keep for another time.

    Loving all the chat.

    Evening all,

Well today was a 75%/80% day, the weather put me off our walk so we have been inside doing little bits here and there and feeling like I haven't done enough :/

We have baby massage at 08.45 tomorrow morning and it's a 1.5 mile walk; I'd usually estimate 30mins for it but with the buggy etc I'm going to leave 45mins for it - hopefully it's not raining in the morning as I don't want to get there soaked through!

Seeing as we have an early start tomorrow I'm thinking about food now and I'm going to write it on a note sheet and pop it on the fridge to keep myself on track. If the weather stays ok I'll pop in to the market (another mile round walk) for some extra fresh fruit and eggs.

    So...:
B:either cereal or toast with a quick cuppa using milk from HeA (2 syns for something on the toast if I want something sweet) some strawberries
S: banana and cherries on walk back
L: I have no idea at all - i think i may grab some soup from my freezer stash (leek and potato) also will cook off some corn on the cob and have with salady stuff
T: bf will be home (yay) hopefully in time for tea - if so maybe a pasta dish (synned sauce) or if he wants to pay a take away (our favourites do some low syn yummies)

    HeB: cereal OR toast
    HeA: milk

Baby massage is only an hour so I don't think there will be any temptation there but if so I will have a cuppa or some water and hope to avoid extras - it will be too early for sweet stuff anyway!

With noticing how you get 2 HeA and 2 HeB on green/red days I'm tempted to give them ago but...if I'm honest I don't entirely understand them...that's why I went for EE and stuck with it whilst it worked!

Well done for such a great loss :T.

I shopped at Lidl for the first time today. Some good bargains on fruit and veg, but lots of things that I couldn't get there too, so will add it to the list of shops I visit rather than convert to there if that makes sense!

Slimmer of the week should go to the person who has lost the most weight this week AND stayed the same or lost weight last week too Xx

    Hi all
After all of the hard work I put in, basically trying not to eat anything nice (!!) all week I lost.. 1/2 a sodding lb  everyone thought I'd gained as I was that ashamed I refused to allow my consultant to say that I had even lost :( really lost it now. I feel fat and lumpy and I bought a size 16 dress today and it's too small :(:( I thought I may as well go and put on my old size 24 yoga pants as that's how huge I feel and that's how huge I think I look  mum told me to try and binge to kick start my metabolism so I had doner meat, chips and full fat Coke.. :o it was nice but now I just feel worse :( sorry for the gripe. I had to go for my final review meeting just before group and then clear out my locker at work.. I was already feeling rubbish and now I just feel worse :(

It's taken me years to work it out too lush but I still stick to EE most of the time. I was only saying the other day that I must have had loads of 'accidental' Green days because we have really small meat portions (HEXB size) so I've missed out on loads of cheese! I still think it's important to try to stick to SFs though.

I don't think SoW is for last week's loss but you must have lost the previous week as well to get it. I think that's to stop people winning who've had a sudden gain and then lost it quickly the following week.

    Some great losses again tonight.:T
Sorry you weren't one of them MrsR. :( Hope your blow-out will work. I'd really go mad on SFs this week if I were you (I'm obsessed with them:o) so do a sort of Success Express.
