Sorry to hear your news mo2 but you're doing really well to keep on an even keel. Onwards and downwards!:)

Last day before shopping so will do my best.

    B. 1 weetabix with fruit and yog
    S. Mug shot and Alpen light
    L. Chick pea Dahl loaf with salad bits left and jacket if I'm hungry enough
    T. Sausage bacon egg and beans and will syn a couple of hash browns I think.

If I were you I'd do without the sausage and have the bacon as a HEB to make it into a Green day then you don't need to worry about SFs so much. I've been enjoying tinned potatoes lately as a really quick alternative to SW chips. A 14p tin from Aldi will do me 2-3 meals, sliced and fried. Good syn free substitute for hash browns.

Good morning everyone and what another glorious day it is.. That's if it lasts.
So, Hurrah! At last I've lost 2lb now I just need 2lb to go to my 11 stone' unless I Yo yo back to 11. 5. Like I have been doing for the last 2 years.
I am trying to stay positive and no negative thoughts.
I can and I will. Just 2 off next week and. I will be on my way, then it will be trying to get to 10 stone. Fingers crossed.
Hope all you lovely people have losses too. :T:T

Well done wiz!!:T I think it's because you've got your head around the plan and are doing your best to have plenty of SFs including vegetables where you can. One thing I've noticed is that you seem to have lots of bread. That may be your absolute favourite for syns which is fine but I know many people find it can hinder weightloss. So no negativity, just keep going. :)

    My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, HEA milk, 2 boiled eggs
L: cold lamb and fried veg with pickles
D: cold gammon, Jersey Royals, cauli, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes
Syns: none planned but may have a couple of squares of chocolate (about 3 syns?) with a cuppa tonight.

Thanks Maman, you're right about getting my head round it better. And about bread too, but I am trying only to have it once a day.
I think I told you before that I am disabled due to Arthritis and can 't exercise much.and for the last six week I have had sciatica. I went on the internet for some sciatica exercises which have helped, also I have been on my son's stationary bike. I do 5 mins and 2.3 kilometres which is'nt much I know but this weekend I began two 5 mins.
I also think it has helped my loss . The tingling and numbness in my right leg and hip has almost gone. I was that bad I had to buy a walking frame which has a seat so that I can rest a while when I am out shopping with my H. I feel ancient but what the heck, I can get out. Thanks again x:T

    Hi everyone

MIA for a few days as my laptop went down AGAIN. Had a disasterous weekend food wise. I'm loving having my brothers home and us all being in the one place for the first time in nearly ten years but it ain't half playing havoc with my food choices:eek:

I'm expecting a rather big gain tomorrow night. But today is a new day so I'm having -

Breakfast - toast (hexb) with banana

Lunch - Smoked ham salad, tomato, lentil and garlic soup

Dinner - chicken with huge salad

hexa milk in coffee. Syns so are Muller light Greek yog (1/2)

I've got loads of fruit to snack on if I get the munchies later.

You lot can't half blether so away to catch up x

hi all, it's been a while since i was here so apologies if i'm in the wrong place. I'm doing slimming world from home as i can't afford classes till i start work and i have a question regarding cereal bars. I know you can have 2 alpen light as a HEB but wondered if there were any more as these are the most expensive in my local supermarket!! Also, i have quite a few special k double milk choc bars in, any chance i could use one of those instead? they're 79 calories so quite a low one. any help much appreciated, quite a lot to get my head around!!
:p It is better to be thought of as an idiot than to open your mouth and remove all doubt

I'm afraid the Special K bars are 4 syns each and don't count as a HEB.:( There are lots of others on the list like Aldi, Tesco, Asda and others. Which shops have you got?

Unexpected bbq on saturday but I took my own HM spicy turkey burgers & my HEB roll & HEA cheese slices & had plenty salad. No sure how I will do at WI tonight as *week appeared on Friday so we shall see, I have been off plan slightly as well. I only have 4 more WI's before holidays to want to get at least another 6lb off before then. I am starting Hip Hop Abs tonight, will try do it before going to class.

    EE Today for me

    B - Melon, Strawberries, Kiwi
L - Speed Soup, strawberries, melon, Aldi Greek Yoghurt
D - (After WI) Chilli, rice & veg
    HEA & HEB 3 x Aldi SS Crispbreads, 3 x LCL & beetroot.

I plan a wee early night in bed watching Game of Thrones, so I will have a Freddo with a peppermint tea as a treat.

I just remembered that topgirl kindly posted an updated list a couple of weeks ago. Hope the link works.
