Wow Maman that's a great list thank you, I` have printed it off and will give a copy to my DD as well, we weigh in tonight and are then going for a swim. I had to buy a new cossie as my old one is too big now and does absolutely nothing for the jelly belly :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I got a nice one off ebay for a fiver so well pleased, I also got a POSH frock, I haven't worn a dress for so long I cant remember when, I haven't a clue where I am going to wear this but just couldn't resist biding, its a Jacques Vert pure silk in shades of lilac
and just feels so nice to wear.must drop a few hints to family that I need an engagement part, Wedding, Christening, or fab idea this a posh afternoon tea, with strawberries and cream, well maybe not until I get to target but I can dream (drool) cant I :rotfl:
On a more practical note I bought an actifry on ebay as well, makes great SW chips and wedges. made some for dinner last night and had them with a tin of Princes Indian mackerel, I love this but find it a bit pricey so will try adding curry powder to a cheaper tin in tomato sauce, think it should work,Slimming World at target0 -
On plan yesterday, went for crisps and 2 LCBC triangles for syns last night.
What a miserable day, it's awful out there, so much for summer.
B - Beans on HEXB toast and an apple
D - Tuna salad and some snackajacks
T - Pork, SW chips, carrots and broccoli
Syns - Already had + 2 as had 2 full slices of great white. 1.5 in mayo, 2 in options, maybe a couple more cheese triangles. I'm working on the principle that if, as SW state, calcium and fibre are vital for weight loss, then using some syns on calcium/fibre options should make for good results.0 -
Just a 1lb this week please Shala
Takes me to 46lb. Have been trying to add strength into my workouts so had worried it might be a gain as my thighs are really toning up (stomach still wobbly) so not unhappy with that (more would always be nice). Think that's my challenge hit:j
Off today, so shopping, spinning and lunching planned.;)
Hope everyone has a good day.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Have changed my planned menu for today as my sister is coming for dinner tonight so have swapped tonight's dinner with Friday's as don't think she'd be too keen on the SW minced beef pancakes from this month's magazine.
Having an EE day:
B - Scrambled eggs on toast (HEB)
L - LO bulgar wheat salad (same as yesterday)
D - HM prawn curry/rice
Need to pop out to the SM to buy some more prawns as don't have enough for the curry - suppose I could use some of the cooked ones but much prefer raw prawns for curry.
Won't be posting tomorrow as going to France for the day and have absolutely no idea what we'll be eating. As we'll eat at lunchtime will probably just have scrambled eggs on toast in the evening.

I just scrubed a potato, sliced it and sprayed with frylight, and set timer for 10mins, they came out lovely. and yes they are syn free,
although I think if you use the tbsp. oil they have syns, or I think it an be a HE not sure.
I have wanted one of these for ages but culdnt afford it, spotted this one on ebay, there were no other bids as it looked really dirty
and seller stated had not been able to clean it. It has cleaned up nicely. Had such a lot of hassel with the seller though, she had sent it to the wrong address and initially tried to say this was my fault until I pointed out that I have well over 1000 transactions in 15 years on ebay and ebay had given the correct address/ She apologised and said she had arranged a redelivery for last Thurs, and gave me a number, no delivery number not recongnised by post office and shes ignored emails since. Anyway my lovely postman sorted it out for me and I got it yesterday,
Needed a clean was an understatement was actually swimming in grease, but what really got my goat was that she had packed it in two flimsy black rubbish bags and it had got damaged, lid cracked and fan cover broken, but hey Ho its cleaned up and I have stuck some tape on the lid, its working fine. going to try some chicken fried rice in it later.Slimming World at target0 -
Hi all - reporting this week's weigh in. 2lbs weight loss and SLimmer of the Week!!
That makes 1st 1lb in just 6 weeks. Not going to make the challenge as only one more weigh in before our hols but it has kept me on track despite a weekend a way and entertaining relatives.
Keep up the good work everyone.
Mrs Ryan - don't fret about the dress - some makes are very small fitting. I have loads of skirts in my wardrobe that are 16 and don't quite fit yet - the ones with side zips. Other 16s are massive!! Just keep going and look how far you've come.July 16 £95/£200
Nov 16 £0/£200

Afternoon all, some brilliant losses and awards coming through today you lot :T:T
Mrs R - enjoy your mini binge, it might shake your body up a bit and get it going again!
Actifry's are the best, glad you're enjoying yours Meg. I don't really like chips done in the oven as they come out quite dry, they don't get quite as crispy with the actifry but i prefer them.
We also do little cubed potatoes and wedges in there with seasoning sprinkled on - yum!!
Green day for me today
B - toast (b) marg (2)
L - savoury rice (only ate a bit because OH hadn't cooked it properly!:(), chicken (3) strawberries
T - egg and chips, two toast (b) sauce (3)
S - milk (a) possibly crisps(4)
The hypnosis thing is still working in the fact i feel full a lot quicker than usual, but there were sweets in the office yesterday and it was my stressy day so i may have had far too many and ignored my full switch!annoyed at myself but i've moved on..
Maman - really interesting post of your costings.. may do a rough estimate myself to see where we cut reduce the bills a bit.
I had a really nice pasta ready meal last night from M&S which i reckon i could replicate cheaper for nights where i'm stuck at work.. it was a cajun chicken pasta thing with a creamy but tomatoey sauce. I'm going to try and freeze some pasta too, never done it before but it'll be a good ready meal to leave at work in the freezer.
Sorry that was a bit of a ramble :rotfl:
