    Hi all.

    Well done losers.
    beanie, sorry you're in pain.
mrs_ryan, binge away - you probably really need a change of eating habit for a (short) time. You've done so well. Clothes sizing is horrific - as a result my husband uses the scattergun approach to buying me things. One birthday he bought me 4 Tshirts in 4 different sizes, all from the same shop. The smallest size fitted :) - but ALL the others were too small!
consultant, thanks for the menus. I've not tried green or red ever.

    Anyway,shala, I'm amazed to report a 2lb loss
today. I am so excited! That takes me to 2 and a half stones off (over 2 years lol). I had lost my way quite a bit until I found you lot - thanks everyone.

    Risks for the coming week
Wednesday - I'm out for lunch again
SIL's birthday is on Saturday - not sure if we're doing anything; he may be with his parents
OH is bowling all day Sunday, so that should help me.

    Tuesday's Menu
Breakfast: 2 frozen Quorn sausages (2 syns) and 1 Linda McCartney rosemary and red onion one (didn't want to leave it all alone ;) ), baked beans, tomato and mushroom
    Lunch: Spanish omelette, salad, beetroot
Dinner: very tasty SW creamy chicken pasta (1.5 syns), 50g hm cheese & bacon bread (6 syns - I weighed whole loaf, worked out syn value of each ingredient so I could accurately count syns used :A ), butter (3 syns)
    Snack: chocolate digestive (3 syns)
    Total syns so far: 15.5
Syns Bank Balance: 89.5 for 6 days

I've not had any hexa or hexb, so I'll maybe have milk and Alpen Light 70 bars later.

Night all - stick to the quest for the holy grail - wee knickers!

    Hiya
Thanks everyone- today was a slightly better today. I had a tutorial tonight so a bit of a disjointed day but I've chosen sensibly and kept myself full without bingeing again. Took the dress back- tried on the 18 and it was too big  but I got a lovely tea dress that I liked better :j also an 18 but with no zip- the 16 I think would have fitted but the 18 hung better. :)

    Welcome Rachael.:)

Good to have you on board.

What I'd suggest is that even though not essential with Green have as many superfrees as possible, especially veg (as I think too much fruit can be too much sugar). I think SFs and good planning are the keys to SW.

    Good Luck.

    Quick delurk
I'm still here :) *waves* just got ahem sidetracked lately with ahem a dating website ahem and emails :)

Sizes - I had to buy a size 16 dress for the wedding I went to however I'm fairly sure I'm not a size 16 - I had to buy a 16 to fit over my norks :/ (lantanna my norks ;) )
I however have got size 12 shorts for summer and size 14 vests although I could have gone for 12s I felt a bit more comfy in the nork region :)

I lost 1.5 this week and 0.5 last week so fingers crossed I'm back on it?
I'm resisting crunchy nut cornflakes this week to see if I shave them off if ill get to my first target quicker :)

I've upped the old squash too to try and clear my awful skin and boost the weight loss.

Just a quick one ill catch up properly soon :) x kisses x

Some brilliant ideas consultant, thanks very much.:) Unfortunately you can't have three slices of any bread any more as a HEB. I got to target with 3 slices of WW Brown Danish which was great as a slice for breakfast and a sandwich at lunchtime but it was taken from the list. So Nimble counts like any other wholemeal.:(

Thanks for this, have edited the bread out. I'm with you, having lost 4+ stones on the old ways, but I have actually cut bread out completely these days because it leaves me feeling bloated (I love bread too, sigh).
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

    Morning all,
I'm about 10 pages out of date with the thread, so forgive me not being able to comment personally about anyone - I will try to catch up tonight.

Shala, reporting a -0.5lb loss this week. Not too shabby considering last week was an early morning WI, and this week we were back to the evening again.

I started work yesterday, so far so good, and very glad I am 1.5 stone lighter now I'm having to wear a frock, and get my chubby legs out!!

Hugs to anyone who needs them, well done to losers, commiserations to gainers (hope it was worth it!), and keep plodding to the STS-ers. Think that covers you all for now.

Horrible wet day out there for me today, but hope the sun is shining where you are.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
