    0.5lb gained.

Not sure how I managed this as thought I had been really good. but thinking about it I did eat an awful lot of fruit so will have more veg instead this week and try again.

What was maddening was that DD and DGD after a weeks holiday and eating out both managed to lose 2lbs.

Anyway after weigh in we went for an hours swim which was really good and I am going to go again tomorrow.

I was talking to my Consultant re budget friendly menu and she immediately said she knew how I could save £5 a week. Then she said get to target and you wont have to pay the fee:rotfl:
Great idea I think. more incentive to try harder

Hi, just a query, about Magic Pancakes. If 30g of porridge oats is Hex B and it makes 12 small pancakes. Does that mean you can eat all 12 throughout the day? :j...:T

been up since 5 am but only just getting around to remembering about food:

B: tomato, mushroom and bacon omlette, cuppa and strawberries
    S: cherries and nana
l: haven't a clue; we are off to a business conference so I can have a nosey at how its gone for work and so a couple of my colleagues can see wonder bairn for the first time. May end up with a mugshot and fruit (either a free chicken mugshot or synned cheese one - going to have to stock up on these. I have forgotten they are so good for lunch!)
T: either a new birds eye chicken inspiration with piles of veggies or something from ASDA when we go on a nappy run

    Body magic; 1 mile walk
    hea: milk
    heb: erm maybe some bread

I STAYED THE SAME:j Never been so happy after the disasterous week I've had! Consultant warned me though I need to be super good this week to make sure it doesn't sneak up on me.

Just love reading all your tips and Maman the menus and costs have given me some ideas, thank you. I normally shop between Lidl and Aldi but pop into the big four if I know there's bargains I'd use - and to stock up on Mullers of course!

    So today is EE -

Breakfast - toast (hexb) with banana, satsumas x 3

Lunch - orzo pasta salad with peppers, onions, tomatoes, chives. Strawberries and mango chunkis.

Dinner - steak, jersey royals, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and onions (just as well I love veg!!).

No syns planned yet but the day is early:)

Yes of course, just like you can drink your HEA of milk through the day or have it all at breakfast time.:)

Good to see you posting mildredd. I'm assuming you were up late doing ....emails!;)

Pleased the new job's started well sary and get you in a frock! I've just started building up a bit of (fake) colour on my legs ready for my holiday.

Jellybaby, your dinner sounds delicious:drool:. Don't you just love SW.:)

    My EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, scrambled eggs, HEA milk for teas
L: got various LO veg to use up but may have soup as well if I'm hungry
    D:SW Bolognese
Syns: squirt of HP and scrape of Parmesan (probably little enough to count in HEA).

I'm contemplating some wine syns tonight watching England friendly. reasoning is that there won't be that many games before they get sent home. :(

Not sure what we're having for tea tonight so won't bother posting a menu.. but I made myself some cajun pasta today for lunch.. it's a bit spicy :rotfl: think i may have been a bit heavy handed with the cajun... at least it's meant i've upped my water intake!
