weigh in today and 0.5 lb gain.
Pleased with that last time I did the same trip I put on over 2lb. Totally back on the SW horse - got just over 2lb to lose to go down to the next stone bracket so hopefully will get there next week.
Breakfast - bran flakes, skimmed milk, melon
Lunch - john west salmon salad, mug shot, shape 0 fat yogurt, apple
Tea - bacon, quorn low fat sausages, mushrooms, tomato, sweet potato chips, egg and beans.
Snacks - apple, melon, yoghurt
Syns - john west salmon salad 1, brown sauce 1, options hot choc 2, curly wurly 6.5, piece of cadburys chocolate 2 TOTAL 12.50 -
Dinner distractions - I've started to get a 700ml sports bottle with nas squash in and drink that while I cook dinner
or I have a predinner salad on the go? (Not done it for a while) or I play the stupid frozen game I downloaded and am now addicted to playing :@
Erm not much to tell really were going out one day next week for a coffee but erm he seems very nice and genuine .... And very unlike my ex, we seem to have a similar sense of humour. However I'm not sure I remember how to do the dating thing
The wedding was fab at the weekend and I got loads of compliments including not seen you in a dress before yep not wore one for years that's why... Although I did look very norksomeStarted sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

I lost 1.5lb this week
Had a bad day, waiting for something to happen at work (which didn't happen) so I wasted some time in the M&S food hall I can see from my desk :eek: tomorrow is a new day and I will get back on track.

Tesco butchers choice chipolatas are 2.5 each on EE and Red 3.5 each on Green

Evening all, I've come out of hiding now. Went completely off the rails and had to get a binge out of my system. If Im honest I think I was just being a stroppy moo, because after completing the 30 day shred I had a 5lb gain to show for it. Not good when you're paying to go to a slimming club. So I faced the scales last week and have been back on plan all week. I have ditched the exercise, as the idea of it sounded good, but I think I work better with the psychology of actually losing weight to motivate me, rather then the changes in my body shape.
Anyway, its WI day tomorrow, am determined to claw back my gain and get on my way to my club 10. Would ideally love to hit this before I go away on holiday at the end of July.
Its so nice to see so many of you doing well, and getting hose lovely awards. As I said I have strayed this past week, but I am back now and in the 'zone'! long may it continue.0 -
Back from housegroup meeting where I ended up having a small chocolate snowball and an after eight mint. Anyone know the syns for these, please. I am so scared of putting on the weight I lost last week, especially as I've got a meal out at Harvesters next week.Weight loss 0/2st
