Yemma, let us know how the soup goes. I love Thai carrot & coriander but I've been avoiding it, because of coconut milk.

It was really nice, actually. Obviously not the same, but it was still coconutty and creamy. The only problem was sweetness, and because I put it in at the end to avoid cooking the yogurt and it splitting I didn't get chance to balance it out. I'll have a think about how to combat that next time :)

Dashing in to report a 0.5lb loss this week - bit disappointed but hey ho better luck next week hopefully.

Well done losers and well done to those who are really struggling but still hanging onto that wagon.

Tried the chicken satay from SW website and really enjoyed it. Left the chicken to marinade overnight. Next time we will use light soy sauce as instructed but this time we only had dark soy in the cupboard but it was still very nice.

Just printed off the overnight oats recipe and might give that a go through the week.

    Take care everyone

Hi Yemma - we tried the coconut and lime yoghurt to make a creamy chicken curry and it worked quite well I think.

Do you have the recipe please? I'm not on the website :o

Also,if I have 2 blue cheese triangles at 25 cals each not as my HEXA, is 2.5 syns or 3 as they are 1.5 each please? I suspect the former.

On plan today and 2 x 30 min brisk walks for BM

Better day today but not as great as expected. Took a bit of a funny turn in town (due to lack of fluids and not enough food *slaps self on wrist*) and therefore have had 17 syns not 15 :/

Tomorrow will be an interesting day - I'm getting a new phone (iPhone which I have always said I would never ever have) and have to set it up alone as bf is away :/ Also have an early start as I need to be out of the house by 8am for baby massage!

    So...rough plan:
Breakfast: weetabix and milk (HeB/ part HeA) & cuppa (milk from HeA)
Lunch: tuna salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato and pickled onion plus boiled egg) & NAS squash
Snack: choc chip snack a jack (not had today) 3 syn & cuppa (milk from HeA)
Tea: SW friendly rosti with baked chicken breast, mixed veggies and a sauce - 5.5 syns for the sauce which is a lot i know but I love it and it's ages since we had it plus I'm feeling a bit poop so it will be something yummy to look forward to :) will follow it up with a mallow bite thingy I have left from Saturday which I will call at 3 syns. they are tiny but working off 1 syn per 20kcal would be 2.5 so rounding up to 3

    Syns:11.5 syn

    Body magic: 3 miles walking

we have a bit of fruit that needs eating up so will try to add some of that around breakfast and tea.

Have made a bottle of NAS to take with me to baby massage as there's nowhere to get a decent drink at the gym it's held at (not at a reasonable price anyway)
