I have decided to stop going on my swimming course after my difficulties last week and physio says it is the wrong kind of exercise for now.
Started a new exercise class on Friday and possibly going again tomorrow evening. The class was not too hard as it is designed for people with health/mobility problems. Have suffered a bit but too stubborn to give up. This is the first proper exercise I have done since starting SW.

Evening all
This losing weight lark isn't easy, is it. Things keep getting in the way! I don't understand it - there are never any obstacles to gaining weight, at least not for those of us who don't need to, lol
Anyway, that kfc chicken sounds good. I take it the weetabix gets crushed in with the spice?
I started out well today - lasted about oh, at least 2 hours!
Shala, STS for me this week Actually think that's better than I deserve, so there's a big risk of a gain next week.
Breakfast: ML banana & custard yogurt, nectarine
Then DD invited me to go shopping with her, so, of course, I had a skinny blueberry muffin in Dunelm Mill.
Lunch (back on track - yay!): hexb sandwich with cooked ham & tomato, spread with xl may (1 syn)
Dinner started out well: spaghetti Bolgnese
Then things went downhill as I had to keep up with the rest of the family and have a (wee) slice of Raspberry Bakewell Tart with a scoop of ice cream
And, as I write this, I'm having a bigger slice of said tart (scrummy but) - but no ice cream
I know many people have a synful treat after WI, so today I did too - the problem is that just because I WI first thing in the morning, I then have all day for treats! Not a good idea - need to file in the "don't use this excuse again" pile.
OK tomorrow is a new day. I'm starting over. OH is out all day and I won't see anyone else - except DGS when I drop him off at school and pick him up at home time. He's 6 and does not like sweets, chocolate, cakes or biscuits! He will occasionally have a few crisps. Why can't I be more like him and just say, "No, thanks!"?
Good luck everyone.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

I like Sainsbury's BGTY Cumberland sausages at 1 syn each. I believe Morrisons do a similar one in their NuMe range (Cumberland 50% reduced fat). Not tried any others.0
