Have a lovely weekend denise, hope sun keep shining!
I'm just putting bits and pieces together to make odd meals to try and keep the fridge empty before going away. I'm going to do a small shop later as we've got to take some stuff to a family BBQ tomorrow ad I want to do a decent meal on Sunday.
For the BBQ I'm making a huge mixed bean salad (3 tins of various beans, pepper, onions and green beans). The recipe does have 2 tbsps. of olive oil but it's in a big salad bowl so per portion it's quite SW friendly.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk
L: no real idea but probably more JP and beetrootsausage and mash, onions, peas, cabbage, carrots
Syns: scrape of spread, gravy, weekend wine;)
I'm hoping I can buy some loose veg when I go out otherwise might need to rethink SFs.0 -
Greentiger - I'm in a permanent state of harassment lol
I can't wait to get home to lie down and do nothing.
Had a lb off last night the same pound I've went up and down over the last 5 weeks. Hopefully I'll get to make a dent in these last 10 lbs this week.
A nite lying on the sofa tonight - gym tomorrow and then out for dinner tomorrow night - going to allow myself whatever I fancy within reason. Won't bother with dessert though.
Roll on 5 pm please0 -
Bonjour all
Bf is playing games from today and there is a live link so wonder bairn and I are watching his games.
After this first one we will go to town as i want to post my dad's father's day cards (he's already had his gift) so he get's some nice post in all the bills and junk of everyday life and so he doesn't have to spend a week waiting for them!
So; body magic today is a 1mile+ walk and cleaning through the rest of the house
Food today;
HeA: milk in teas
breakfast: scrambled egg, mushrooms (loooads - never would believe I hated them as a kid!), cherry tomatoes and HeB toast
lunch:leftover spag bol sauce (5syn) with pasta
snack: melon chunks and a honey monster stix (3syn)
Tea: going for chicken chow mein made using a blue dragon sauce (6syns per packet so call it 3 syns even though I use a packet for 4 servings not two - this means I can have a biiig portion and still be on track) - need stirfry veg for this
going to try for zero chocolate today as I'm pretty sure I'm just having it for habit not want now.
may have a jubbly ice lolly after tea for 1 syn************************************

Does anyone know the syns for a large wok2go seafood box please?
On which, I am on holiday from SW now until Monday as I am going away :j0 -
Level one is fine, level two is killer and level three- no chance :rotfl: if you can stick with it and do 5 ish times a week you'll star to see results pretty quickly, it's so intense!
I found level 1 ok so moved up to level 2 pretty quickly which I was coping with, it was hard but do-able, depends on your fitness levels. I didnt get to level 3, I get bored easily, I went on to do Insanity....now THAT was hard!!!! I was sick during the first workout which was a fitness test . I got to day 16 & got a calf injury & never went back to it. Started Hip Hop Abs last Monday, pulled a muscle in my back which has brought me to the conclusion that exercise is bad for you. :rotfl::rotfl:
I have physio tonight at 7.20, I am not looking forward to either that or the bill .
I had a hungry night last night, went over my syns by 6 (Burtons Fish n Chips)  but I have enough to cover them seeing as I am alcohol free this weekend.
EE Menu Today
B - Melon, Strawberries, blueberries
L - Large Salad, remaining Salmon from yesterday (1 syn), melon, strawberries, blueberries, activia 0%
D - Spag bol, side of veg
HEA & HEB 3 x SS Ryvita with LCL & Beetroot
Have a good day/weekend everyone:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Afternoon everyone. I did my Lidl shop today instead of tomorrow, so I can have a day completely at home.
EE Menu:
B: Bran flakes (HeB) with strawberries, ff yoghurt.
L: Pasta in a spicy roasted vegetable sauce (courgettes, onions, celery, aubergine & mushrooms). 3 plumsChicken breast stuffed with tbsp sage & onion stuffing, wrapped in lean bacon (all visible fat removed), garlic & thyme roasted carrots*, rest of spicy pasta salad. (Rest of family will have cheese on their chicken and have roast potatoes). Melon.
HeA: Milk in tea.
* - saw these on Come Dine with Me and thought they sounded nice. I will cut the carrots into long batons and then roast them with Frylight.
I'm not a great fan of tomato based sauces but whilst at Harvester on Tuesday I had pasta salad with a spicy tomato sauce and  realised I could do this at home. I've been concerned about the amount of msg I've been eating with the noodles but now I can have pasta has well as noodles.
DD1 arrives home today after 5 years away at Uni, it will take some adjusting having her back, as we both will have changed so much, and where we are going to put all her stuff, I just do not know. Also her favourite foods are, bread, potatoes and, cheese with just about everything.Weight loss 0/2st

Oh no prepare for major adjustments!! I was a total nightmare when I came back from Uni! I found it so strange and wanted to make my own dinners and buy my own foods. Its a real shock to the system living in someone elses house again when you've been used to total independence0 -

weighed myself at the chemist and I'm happy to see a loss of 2.5lb on their scales so that's 13lbs since I came back to healthier eating a few weeks back
just another 27lb to go...

Well done lush, that's a third of the way there in just a few weeks!:T
Talking of spicy, tomato sauces: I saw this recipe in Asda magazine.
http://recipes.asda.com/Recipes/patatas-bravas
It could easily be adapted with frylight and be totally syn free.
Good luck with your DD mim.0
