Shame that your outing was scuppered. Weather still good here.

When I was getting to target I bought an absolute minimum of new clothes and those that I did buy were either cheap (Asda/Matalan) or from CSs. CS helped me to experiment with colour as when I was fat I mostly wore black from head to toe.

What's the general consensus on white jeans? I've got a pair but I don't seem to wear them much.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: I've got fruit to eat up, so probably a bit of SW friendly grazing!
D: roast beef, roast parsnips and potatoes, carrots, cauli, broccoli
Syns: squirt of syrup, gravy, maybe horseradish and weekend wine:D

I would really like a pair of white jeans/cropped but don't think they would stay white long. Have a big dog that likes to rub up against legs so would get grubby in no time. Can't wear for work as Reception children are a messy lot :rotfl:. Oh and have no social life to speak of so no chance to wear them.
    So not got any :p.

For Shala - lost .8lb not masses but still a loss. Still got that bunged up feeling and had bad night with tummy pains. Woke up with stinking headache too. Got a busy week coming up with sports day and new intake visits so need to be well.

Missing my Dad so much today :(

Not been on plan much the last few days thanks to DH's birthday (Costco cake ), our anniversary and now Fathers Day. Don't think the scales will be kind on Tuesday :(.

Is there an app where you can record your food intake? At the moment I'm jotting it in a notebook and then inputting to the SW site (as well as the 4-week paper diary for beginners), so it's a bit of a faff.

Tried koko coconut milk for me hea today as you can have 425ml. It was okay. Giving hazelnut milk a whirl tomorrow as you can have 950 ml and it I like it rice pudding here I come!

Can I ask you tazzy where you get the koko coconut milk from please? I have looked but couldn't find it. Is it a light one? Hazelnut milk sounds interesting - let us know how the rice pudding goes. ;)

Sorry I have been missing this week but I have a friend in need and have not been at home very much. The mobile signal where friend lives is absolutely carp. I have done my best to stay on plan both away from home and when I have got back on an evening so hopefully I will have lost more than 0.5lb at tomorrow's wi. When I came up at lunchtime today hubby had made the SW wraps with mushrooms, toms and bacon - very nice :D. He started off looking for something to do with aubergines but I don't think he had much success.

Hope you all get the results you are looking for this week.

    Afternoon :D

Gosh, that was a bad weekend.

Lots of strawberry and lime cider, proper fish*, chips and mushy peas and a tea that involved a double bacon cheese burger with mushrooms, chips + gravy and onion rings, then a full fry up this morning and just had a full chicken dinner, not a syn was counted

    * Took the batter off because it was overcooked, not for SW purposes...

But, I had a wonderful time and I still fit through the front door, six weeks until my birthday now and I am aiming for 2lb a week off.

If chicken has been roasted with the skin on, then the skin is removed, it is firmly squeezed in kitchen roll, then mixed into a HM free pasta sauce, is it synned, please?

TopGirl when is your birthday? mine's in about 6 weeks too :)

Today is not going so well; I had a very tough night with a bad stomach and this head cold that evolved yesterday and today has been bad with the cold too - I was up from 5 with wonder bairn so tuned in to the live link for bf's last game but then forgot to eat so by 8.30 I felt dreadful and ending up forcing down my cereal, i baked bf's cupcakes (haven't even tried one!) and am about to haul myself to the kitchen to fill and frost them, didn't have my lunch until gone 14.00 and I can't even bring myself to think about an evening meal at the moment :(

Struggling to even drink anything currently :( hopefully i will feel better super soon as I have a driving lesson at 08.30 tomorrow and then we are taking bf's car to be serviced.

I'm thinking a little portion of low syn lasagna for my evening meal.

going to drag bf to Harvester tomorrow for lunch I think then cut back on syns the rest of the week (because we will get the 9.99 meal deal - unlimited salad, a main, an unlimited soft drink and a sundae best ice cream) :)

Oh and I felt super bad after a couple of little pieces of chocolate last night so think I'm going to avoid that from now on!
