    Hi everyone,

Thinking of following, but can't afford to sign up. A friend from work has lost nearly 2 stone in only a few months using SW. I've done WW in the past, but it just doesn't seem to be for me.

Anyone know where I can find a free/cheap copy of all the free foods/healthy extras?

    Thanks :)

    Delish, almost Rogan Josh flavours.

We had this today when we got home which was very welcome.
Lunch was late and it was sarnies and cake as I feared.
I had half a sandwich which was lovely as it was granary bakers bread:eek: tuna and cucumber. No idea what spread there was on it, think there was some mayo so have roughly calculated 7 syns. I refused the cake:A But had some fruit on the way home in the car:A:A
Back on training tomorrow morning so now I know what lunch will be will take Overnight oats with us.
A bit gutted also as I WI this afternoon as I couldn't get to class this morning and i've gained 1/2lb. :(
Have been over my diary and I was at the top of my syns for 3 days but nothing else that jumps out. Also did more walking than the last few weeks as I was poorly for the last few weeks, who knows!
Doesn't bode well for next weeks WI I'm away at the weekend for a family gathering. Back to where I come from for the interment of my mum and dad's ashes. Very emotional time. We all normally went home and had a base, met the family, cooked and ate. Family home is now gone so B&B and eating out. Onwards and upwards, keep on ploddin on as my Dad would say.
