Right, diet will be starting on Tuesday! :)

I'll weigh myself, probably in the morning. My target is to lose at least a stone, hopefully go down a dress size :o

I'm assuming SF squash and sparkling water are allowed on SW? I bought myself one of those extra concentrate packs to take to work (£2!) as I'm trying to cut back on the fizzy pop.

    Hope everyone is on track!

I added worcestershire sauce - about a tbsp, 3 silversking onions and a teaspoon of the pickled onion vinegar to the 3 tin mix.

I'm on day 3 of the current batch of soup and it tastes better every day!

Was curious about this so blended the onions and sauce into my ready made soup, and you are right, it tastes much better. I am looking forward to having it with cheese and crackers tonight. Thank you.

    Hi All

Grabbing a quick coffee at work so thought I would pop in and post. Motivation has been found, though still not where it was, which is so silly when I am only 3lb from target!

Had a good week this week, though we go away on the scoots to Wales as soon as I finish work today. Would normally take a bottle of wine for the evening social, but think I will stick to soft drinks to save some syns. I will pick up some fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and try to find a suitable place to eat lunch. There is a communal BBQ on Saturday night so will have chicken and salad.

My downfall will be the honey ice cream factory that we always visit at the end of the rideout. There is no way I am going to miss that!

Hope everyone has a good weekend :D

    Hi everyone
Im back from my couple of days syn binge :D I knew that I would be having a few drinks and I knew that takeaways would be involved. I knew when they were telling me at group to 'eat salad and not drink alcohol' that wasn't going to happen! I wasn't going to go into Maccy D's at 1am after drinking vodka for the last few hours and order a salad...! Although I did make some decent choices - I ate quite a bit of mango, and I had salad for lunch on Tuesday and tea on Wednesday and I had a jacket spud for brunch on Wednesday with a pint of iced water. I thoroughly enjoyed my kebab, pizza, chocolate brownie cocktail, wine, vodka and McDonalds :o I've come back with a 4lb gain though :o so yesterday and today I've cut right back and Im going to try and have a good few days because I'm away again next weekend so I'll have another gain there...!!

    Menu's from yesterday and today.
    Yesterday - Green.
B: HEXB HiFi Seductive Salted Caramel, banana, glass of sparkling mineral water
Snack: mango chunks, half a bottle Pepsi Max
L: Pasta carbonara with HEXA Laughing Cow Light and peas, raspberries with Yeo Valley 0% vanilla yoghurt (2 syns as half a small pot) NAS cordial, frappucino with HEXA semi skimmed
T: Salad, mixed beans and 2 hard boiled eggs, a tbsp of Tesco Healthy Living Sweet Chilli sauce (0.5 syn) and Worcester Sauce, frozen cherries with the remainder of the yoghurt (2 syns)
s: HEXB Ryvita Minis and HiFi Rocky Road (3 syns)
    Syns: 7.5

    Today's (Green)
B: 3 X Ryvita Cracked Black Pepper (HEXB) with Laughing Cow Light (HEXA) apple, small bottle of sparkling mineral water
L: Diet Pepsi Quorn on a bed of salad, 2x tbsp of sweet chilli dressing (1 syn) HEXA Frappucino, 2 kiwis
T: Mushy pea curry (1.5 for the curried beans), loNg grain microwave rice (0.5 - Uncle Ben's) steamed mixed veg. Mango chunks with Turkish delight Mullerlight
S:Ryvita Minis (HEXB) and hopefully a cheese twist (2 syns)
    Syns: 5
Body magic: am going to force myself to go for a long walk. Just as soon as I've waited for my broken phone charger to finally charge up my phone so I can move it and then subject to myself of the joy of ringing the DWP (again - I hate doing it) to chase my PIP claim. :(
Apologies for the moaning. My heads a bit of a mess at the minute. I have no idea how on earth Ive managed to resist any more chocolate!!!
Still, one thing Ive brought back with me is something my mate said to me. She said that she always feels she has to make more of an effort when her and I are out together now, even if we're just out walking round somewhere or something like we were on Wednesday as since I've lost weight I dress so smartly now. I don't - on Wednesday I just had cropped joggers from Primarni, a white vest with a frill and an oversized long sleeved cotton top from Hollister on - but that did make me feel quite good, like in some way my weight loss has made a difference. :)
    Hope everyone's ok xx

The challenge finishes on the 30th June..:D

That's good I didn't realise, I thought we were almost in the last day or so, which is why I was so pleased to go green.I thought I`d only just made it.

OK so 10 more days, going to see if I can push it nearer to 14lbs
    than my 10.

Ooh, where about in Wales is this place, it sounds yummy? My daughter is at Uni in Bangor, and graduates next year so we will be down that way. It would be nice to visit as a treat.

    Welcome to the thread :D

    Glad you're feeling better Durham-mim

Mrs_Ryan, don't worry about moaning -hope you feel better soon. I do agree with your friend....losing weight does tend to make you dress with more regard to how you look, well, it does with me anyway :)

    Welcome con1888

Mrs Ryan - your syn binge sounds lovely. Sometimes it just has to be done!

    Breakfast - bran flakes, banana
lunch - mug shot, 0% fat yoghurt, apple, banana
Tea - no idea really really want a kebab with the works but had a chinese last night.

In a right mood with myself today. * week approaching. Really want to go mad and drink loads of vodka, eat kebab and chocolate. Working till 8 to so no idea what I will end up doing for tea. Keep telling myself to be good.
