Does your Son add pickled onions to his soup too, I was really nervous about trying it as thought it would ruin my nice soup, but it really works. Going to make a batch up for my DD and DGD to try, It works out really cheap as well.

Logging in just to post a big fat raspberry :p

    In head meltage land :/

3 weeks til my holiday :/ no way will I be at target and I'm fuming with myself :@
Got 11lbs to go :@ no chance I predict a gain this week

I have a fun weekend of low syns planned :(

Downside to banking syns is when you have them all early on and spend a few days in debt

Well done on all the losses :)

Hi Mildred, thanks for a much needed giggle, having syns in advance is not banking but having on credit, that's naughty, hae a lovely weekend.

Well done losers!!! I'm really praying for a lb off tonight but don't think I'll get it !!

Just dying to know Latanna ( so I can uncross my fingers) did you manage a loss? Mind you I think keeping fingers crossed is a great way to not eat, try eating fish and chips, it really slows you up. Have a great weekend.

Well done Beanie on the loss :T

    Green Menu:

    B: Blueberries & ff yoghurt.
    L: Noodles. Pear & peach
    D: 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices toast (HexB 1&2), butter (5 syns)Banana.

    BM 1.5hrs Ballroom dancing.
    Treat: Gin & Tonic - 5 syns
    Syn Bank: 25

Its another STS this week, but I'm happy with that. If I can do the same next week I'll be pleased. Decided if I can just maintain and not gain whilst there is so much going on this summer it will be an achievement and I can concentrate on losing in the Autumn.

Had some toast this morning for the first time in aaaaaages. Had to syn some butter- I'd been concentrating so much on wanting toast that I'd forgotten about what to spread on it! Duh.

Lunch was a big fruit salad and yogurt. Dinner will be steak, wedges and either salad or veg, haven't decided which. Will also go to the cinema and avoid the popcorn.

After all of my fitness ball enthusiasm I went to pump it up a little yesterday and discovered I've lost the pump. Mega annoying. It's useable but not as comfortable. Oh well, another on order.

Hope everyone has a good weekend :)

Woo we've picked a car! Off to start the process of making it mine tomorrow :)

Excellent money saving and weightloss motivation cos I want to look and feel good in it (and fit back in my gosh darn work clothes!)

Going to get the stuff in to make some of that 3 tin soup I think for lunches :)

Ooh what car are you getting?

My motivation is that my bf has lost weight- he only needed to lose a stone and did it in about ten minutes. He looks amazing. I need to keep up!

:rotfl: Love the idea of your bf losing a stone in 10 minutes, Yemma!!

Second day of posting, thank you for the welcomes :D

    Another green day for me:

B - branflakes (HEB1), raspberries, blueberries, greek yoghurt (3.5 syns)
    L - loaded potato skins (HEA1) & salad
D - veg & cannellini bean chilli, grated cheese (HEA2), basmati rice, wholemeal pitta (HEB2) & salad

Forgot to mention yesterday that I enjoy a few wine syns as well, although I won't be having any this weekend.
