L Soup, Bacon sandwhich 6 Syns fruit x 2
D. Meat potatoes veg, Yorkshire pudding 3 Syns gravy 2 Syns
Supper. Fruit

Not sure if my menu is Extra Easy or Green today, I can't remember if or how much fish you are allowed on Green.
B: wheatabix, strawberries & banana, ff greek yoghurt.
L: Cod in butter sauce and salad. Fruit.Wholemeal spaghetti, with tomato & chilli lentil sauce. Fruit.
Milk for Tea.
Treats: Hm skinny latte. I've got a Magnum Marc de Champagne as a celebration which I may have either today or tomorrow. 12 syns.
:T on the 3lb loss. Is that what the celebratory champagne is for? Week on week it could prove expensive!;)
It's 150g of cod on Green (I checked) but I suppose you'd have to add/guess a few syns for butter sauce. Could be as many as 8/9. That seems an awful lot if the fish is free/HEB. I generally just buy plain cod or haddock.
I'll be eating low syn today on EE:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, 2 fried eggs
L: either soup or fried up veg (or maybe both!)chicken jambalaya
Syns: squirt of HP sauce and maybe a bit of frankfurter as DH likes them in jambalaya plus usual weekend wine syns:j0 -

Oo enjoy the magnum, are they nice? Keep eyeing them up!
So in town today, I discovered frozen fat free yoghurt - omg it's amazing had mango with strawberry slices on top (so counting it as 1/3 sflol) but I'm hoping the yogurt is low syn?! It said fat free but nothing about kcal or sugar

Just lost the post I'd typed:mad:; well the gist of it was that I've just made a Frappachino with 100ml of milk (2.5 syns) but have only had half and put half in the fridge for later (unless DH pinches it before I get round to it), LOL! So just 1.5 syns at the moment.
Durham_mim - the Cod in butter sauce is 3.5 on Red or EE and a whopping 8.5 on Green so I'd stick with EE if I were you!

Also thinking of making a frappacino (must be this lovely sunshine) but might wait till later when ds is in from work and he might share one with me as it does make quite a bit. Oh no, just remembered he is out till 9pm tonight - might not fancy one by then

Weighed in at my parent's seeing as I went down there this morning and i usually use their scales - I've actually lost 3lbs! this week so that's 10lbs in three weeks! Just 2 stone to go - woohoo!
Today has not been a good SW day- left before breakfast to get to my parents (bf dropped me off on his way to work so had to leave at 6.25) then they didn't have much in plus both mum and dad were home so we had a lovely breakfast of eggy bread, bacon and tinned tomatoes. I haven't had lunch as I had a driving lesson and we are off to bf's folks soon for a BBQ instead of the trip to the carvery we had planned so off plan.
Not to worry as I will be straight back on it tomorrow************************************

Afternoon all
Well my home scales are still stubbornly saying I've gained but I've no idea how- I've stuck rigidly to plan all week, done as much BM as I can but yet I've still gained? I've cut out loads of things I love this past week and I've also now cut out ham and smoked salmon (yes I know that's free but I'm trying to eliminate anything I think may vaguely be to blame) OH and I usually have pasta bolognaise on a Saturday night and I've cut that back- just having plain long grain rice with extra lean mince and passata instead. I'm really depriving myself which I know is wrong but nothing seems to be working and I've figured something has to shift it! I know the stock solution is up your superfree and my consultant first of all said to do Success Express but I just can't afford toour shopping bill today was obscene
and OH has told me it's too much
I got a lot of SS fruit today but I think that's why the bill was so high
I was planning to go on the bike today but I'm in bed because I'm feeling yucky
Today's menu
B: HEXB Weetabix Oaty Rainbow Smashems bar
L: sweet beetroot salad leaves with cherry tomatoes, pickled gherkins and sweet chilli chicken chunks (no dressing) Diet Coke, frappucino with 250 ml HEXA s/s, apple
T: Uncle Ben's Long Grain microwave rice (0.5 syns) extra lean mince, passata. Might put some frozen garden peas in as well. Fresh blackberries, raspberries. 2 x Activia 0% yoghurts.
S: mango chunks. Diet Coke. Curly Wurly (6 syns)
So 6.5 syns- off to the cinema tonight. I just hope the sight of the pick n mix doesn't push me over the edge like it did before my awards ball when I was being really strict!!*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200
