I still have the incredible luxurious Easter egg bf got me - truffles and all. And the egg from a creme egg one. How many syns are in the actual eggs??

Got distracted this morning - wonder baby is starting to sleep through all of a sudden (last night was the third night in a sleeping bag and the third pretty much sleeping through...coincidink?) so I am amazed at how much sleep I got even with a couple of dummy runs! So anyway, distracted by random jobs - sorting through socks/underwear draw and my other draw in the bedroom (we only have two each in there as our room is tiny!) washing up, putting laundry on etc so I've only just made brekkie!

Trying that Kingsmill great white today - I've weighed it out to 60g. Sadly I'm rather excited about the prospect so it's half with breakfast and half with lunch today :)

    Anyhoo, today;
Breakfast: 3 egg omelette with mushrooms, ham and tomatoes, half my HeB of Kingsmill Great White and extra tomatoes on the side plus a cuppa (milk from HeA) and an apple that's going in the bin if uneaten
Lunch: I think a salad bowl with the last of my fish sticks
    Tea: errrm....not sure yet
    Snacks: fruit

We are off to a basketball training session tonight as bf wants the fitness session and I need to speak to the guy in charge about a team proposition we may have for him so that's 8-10pm. Depending on what I have for tea I will take something with me- if I have enough syns left I will take a freddo or curly wurly from my stash hehe

PS If anyone knows how to plank, please share the secret...

I started the 30 day plank.....google it, think you start at 10 seconds & by day 30 you should be able to plank for 5 mins, I really need to get back to it. First time I done it for 10 seconds & I was shaking!! You must get position correct or it won't work. I got to day 8 then forgot so I never completed it!

I too have the 30 day shred....was hard going, I was up to level 2 by 2nd week but never completed it!

I too have done insanity....was sick as a pig during first "Fitness TEst" workout...got to day 16 & got a bad calf injury....never completed it!!

Do you see a pattern here ^^:rotfl:. I now have Sean T's Hip Hop Abs which I am starting tonight as I am on holiday from 28th June, I just find exercise really really boring so hopefully hip hop abs will be as fun as it looks whilst giving me the results. :T I need to get up early in the morning to do it as otherwise I don't have time when I come in from work.

    Todays EE Plan:-

    B - Fresh fruit & yoghurt
L - Asda Chilli Chicken, lettuce, peppers, cucumber, beetroot, egg & dressing (1 syn), melon & strawberries
    D - Quorn Steak, chips & veg

I ended up using 8.5 syns last night, had a Freddo with my peppermint tea & synned by Alpen Light bar yesterday so I could have my ryvita, laughing cow lights & beetroot

HEA & HEB- 30g Cheese, 2 slices WM bread
Syns so Far - 1 for milk, 1 for dressing

All this talk of exercise is making me feel dizzy!:rotfl:

Our consultant had a list of Easter egg syns lush. I don't remember what they were but all seemed incredibly high! Basic Dairy Milk is 13 syns for 49g so you could weigh out little treats.

I'm planning to go to WI at teatime as I'm going to be busy tomorrow morning. I try to go regularly enough to keep my website access. Hoping for STS but YS Aldi marzipan and extra wine syns over Bank Holiday might have other ideas.:(

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: vegetable soup? not inspired at the moment, let's see how hungry I feel
    D: SW spaghetti Bolognese
Syns: squirt of syrup, scrape of Parmesan

Not used to having evening WI but it will be before supper so should be OK.

Just looked up my left over Easter chocolates:
    Cadbury shell 105g - 27.5 syn
    Creme egg - 9syn
    Malteaster bunny - 8syn
    mini Malteaster bunny - 3syn
    Mini eggs - 1.5syn for 2
mini lindt bunny - 3 syn
    50g lindt bunny - 13.5syn
    milkybar bunny - 8 syns (!!!) I think
    harry hopalot 24g - can't find a syn value anywhere...but guessing at 8syn

my other egg shell is 285g milk choc so based on 27syn per 100g it's 77syn!

Good thing I never eat much chocolate in one sitting anymore (and usually end up either sharing the eggs or just giving chunks to bf!)
