Well good evening, folks.
Just posting and running (well going to bed, really so that I stay away from the food cupboard).
Wednesday's Menu
Breakfast: hexb muesli, a little hexa milk, strawberries
Snack: chocolate digestive (3 syns)
Lunch: scrambled eggs sprinkled with a very little hexa rf cheese, on toast (6 syns), banana
And then - remember that wagon we're all on? Well, it was hurtling along at incredible speed and when it took a bend I was thrown off (I wasn't wearing a seatbelt) and when I came to, I discovered I had consumed (intravenously, I presume) a huge Cadbury's caramel bar which costs about 29 syns. That's my story and I'm sticking to it, anyway.
On recovering from this terrible accident -
Dinner: leftover pot roast beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, swede, cauliflower and green beans followed by a Shape 0% fat coconut & pineapple yogurt
Total Syns: 38 (hangs head in shame)
Syns Bank Balance: 57 for 5 days (serves me right)Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

Sorry takeit I have not heard of fodmap either. Does in mean you cut things out to see if you can work out the food you have pain with?

Thanks for that list topgirl. I'll print it off and take it with me shopping. I like the sound of those salmon fillets with dill. I bought DH some elderflower, flavoured fizzy water as he wanted a soft drink to keep him away from the wine syns. Surprised it was only about 12 calories for a 250ml bottle, I think it may be free.
Hope you didn't injure yourself falling off the wagon tiger. You need to take more care negotiating corners.;)
Glad you're 'under the doctor' tie. Hopefully they'll isolate the main culprits very soon.
Sounds like a good plan linking the hypnosis with SW shala. Fingers crossed for a decent loss for you.
Went to WI tonight, not my usual class and pleased to say a 1lb loss.
I'm pleased with that and it brings me in 1lb under target. It's just over two weeks to go to my holiday so if I can maintain that (or even lose a couple of pounds more) then I've got plenty of room for holiday gains.;)
Tomorrow it will be a SW breakfast and then an off plan day out with friends.0 -
Thanks for the list Topgirl, have printed it off and put It in my shopping trollly. I didn't realise Aldi did frozen fruits must have missed them last time I went. I am hoping they are cheaper than the 1.99 in Asda.Slimming World at target0

maman - well done on your loss. Have a lovely day with your friends.

Maman - well done on the loss, I too am heading for "Bottom End" but it's difficult when we go away most weekends! We're actually having a couple of weekends at home now so will probably be easier to stay on plan.
Having a Green Day today:
B - banana; Alpen Light Choc n Fudge; Alpen Light Cherry Bakewell (HEB1)
L - HM beanburger & salad in WW pitta bread (HEB2)
D - HM pasta, lentil & chickpeas in a spicy tomato sauce
HEA will be SS milk in tea throughout the day. Not sure whether I'll have a 2nd HEA but if I do I may have that frappachino I keep promising myself and haven't got round to yet! Really need to use those cappachino Mullers I've got in the fridge.
I'm going to have a look for the new banoffee and apple pie Mullers today when I go shopping. Mr Ts didn't have them on Tuesday so will have another look today and also in Morries (I always buy my bacon there as they do a dry cured one which my DH and I love).
Off to WI this morning so will post how I've done later.

Sorry, don't want to mislead. That should have read 12 calories for a litre bottle. My DH doesn't like plain water and I thought elderflower might be a bit more grown up for him.;) He said it was good but sweet.I didn't realise Aldi did frozen fruits must have missed them last time I went. I am hoping they are cheaper than the 1.99 in Asda.
They are definitely cheaper: £3 per kg to Asda's £4 for summer/black forest fruits.
Good luck with WI denise. Certainly easier to stay on plan when cooking at home.
Had my HEXs (Shreddies and milk) and back on the wagon tomorrow.:)0 -
Mornin'
the wonder bairn and I are off to a mum's and tot's group shortly, it's about 100yards (I may be exaggerating) from our door and I need to stop making excuses for not making mum friends so I'm taking her even though she's only 9 weeks
Before we go I'm having a cuppa (milk from HeA) and some weetabix (HeB) and milk (again from HeA) plus a few strawberries
Lunch later will be cous cous and veggies (cucumber, cherry tomatoes, beetroot, pickled onions) think the cous cous is 1.5 or 2 per packet and only I'll be having half but will call it 2 syn
Tea...no idea as usual. Bf has S&C before coming home so may want something filling
better get dressed for mums & tots! I'll be back shortly to check in and probably with some syn value questions!************************************
