Mums & tots was good - I got talking to a few new people which is good and wonder bairn was the youngest there and got lots of attention.
So I was thinking; I was on the pregnancy threads on MSE and we have a secret group on Facebook that all the mums can join where we share good and bad days etc...would anyone from this thread be interested in a Facebook group? I'm happy to set it up if people are, just let me know your thoughts
Bf is having a breaded chicken steak with a few oven chips and salad tonight. I think I'll have one with a jacket potato and salad. Dr Google suggests that the breaded chicken steaks are 5/6 syn each
So.. I'll be having an Options hot choc at 2 syn and a mini MaltEaster bunny at 3 syn before bed if I remember!
Off to make my cous cous up

Feeling more positive today, weather still rubbish here though.
B - Bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, HEXB toast.
D - Jacket potato, one syn tuna mayo and a huge salad.
T - Salmon, new potatoes, carrots, broccoli, green beans.
Snack - Celery and mackerel pate.
HEXA - Milk
HEXB - Bread
Syns - Mayo, options, 1 syn for pate, unsure about the rest yet.
BM - Excursion to supermarket soon, twenty minute round trip plus walking round in there.
Good luck to all today, it's definitely comfort food weather.

It's made with garlic and herb philladelphia light, courgettes and mushrooms. Let me know if you don't have access to the mag and want the recipe Xx

Sadly I don't do FB - I feel pretty tied to laptop/phone etc already so I think I had better steer clear for now but good luck with it anyway.
I might have a Malteaser bunny as a treat tonight tooAnnie021063 wrote: »

Back from WI and have put on 0.5lb, OK with that although does seem a bit odd as I had less syns this week than usual!
Have just eaten my beanburger in pitta bread and really enjoyed it. Must go and put the rest of my shopping away as all I've done is get the meat into the fridge for the time being!!!
Forgot to say I didn't get the Apple Pie Mullers but I did manage to get the strawberry and lemon cheesecake ones. Think I may just have one now - need to check but think they are 1 syn each.

Afternoon everyone
Had my third weigh in last night, lost 2.5lbs so am at 11.5lbs for three weeks. Reeeeally happy with that
Last night we went out for dinner and then to a comedy show. We were on a tight timescale, so went to Pizza Hut. I had the 500cal Chicken Delight. Which was….. alright I suppose!
Tonight we're having sausage casserole made with 1 syn M&S sausages and a bit of red wine, will figure out the syns later. It occurs to me that it might be useful for me to write out a few of my repeated recipes with syns in so that I don't have to keep going back to the book!
It's nice to see quite a few OUers on here, I have my first exam next Tuesday  I've done the sample exam paper though and passed it, so I'm confidentish.
Also been shopping today and got lots of SW friendly bits. Slowly remembering all of the snacks I used to have the last time I did SW. Must just stick with it this time.
Well done to all of the wagonneers, secure or slightly unseated0 -
