    Morning all :D

Some fantastic losses this week, well done!

I've spent this morning baking. Since I've been doing SW I've taken to doing one big bake and then freezing individual portions for DH for his lunch box and supper, that way there are no temptations hanging around. Unfortunately as it's half term my chief taster is at work and I have had to step into the breach and take on the role  I've had a cookie as it was a new recipe and the spoon from the melted chocolate fell in my mouth instead of the washing up bowl (similar sizes so an easy mistake to make!) :rotfl:

Going to try and limit the damage by giving the house a good scrub seeing as the weather is pants and I can't go for the ride into town as planned.

Hope you all have a good day
  • Annie do you have the recipe for the creamy chicken & mushroom pasta? Love the pizza hut one & trying to recreate a SW friendly one! Sounds like you are having a very productive morning - must do some batch cooking myself before back in work next week x
Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

When I was in Morries yesterday I spotted Walls Mojito Solero - just checked them out and they are only 2 syns each. Sound interesting but at £2.50 for 3 I'm waiting to see who has them on offer. They are smaller than the standard soleros (90mls) and the mojito ones are 65mls)

  • Piggybankrupt, the creamy chicken pasta in the new magazine is lovely. Being veggie, I ommited the chicken lol but it was gorgeous. It's made with garlic and herb philladelphia light, courgettes and mushrooms. Let me know if you don't have access to the mag and want the recipe Xx

I'm back :) Mums & tots was good - I got talking to a few new people which is good and wonder bairn was the youngest there and got lots of attention.

So I was thinking; I was on the pregnancy threads on MSE and we have a secret group on Facebook that all the mums can join where we share good and bad days etc...would anyone from this thread be interested in a Facebook group? I'm happy to set it up if people are, just let me know your thoughts :)

Bf is having a breaded chicken steak with a few oven chips and salad tonight. I think I'll have one with a jacket potato and salad. Dr Google suggests that the breaded chicken steaks are 5/6 syn each

So.. I'll be having an Options hot choc at 2 syn and a mini MaltEaster bunny at 3 syn before bed if I remember!

Off to make my cous cous up
