    Afternoon everyone :)

Had my third weigh in last night, lost 2.5lbs so am at 11.5lbs for three weeks. Reeeeally happy with that :)

It's nice to see quite a few OUers on here, I have my first exam next Tuesday  I've done the sample exam paper though and passed it, so I'm confidentish.

Also been shopping today and got lots of SW friendly bits. Slowly remembering all of the snacks I used to have the last time I did SW. Must just stick with it this time.

Well done to all of the wagonneers, secure or slightly unseated :D

Well done Yemma. Good luck for exam next week.

Hi guys, hope it's ok to join in.
I started SW 2 wks ago and have lost 6 lb. Hoping for my half stone next wk and maybe another 2 lb :-)
I want to lose 5 stone!!!
I am a member of some other weight loss forums but there isn't a lot of interaction which is something i'm craving for.
Hope everyone is having a fab day xx

Welcome Mollyrock. There's always plenty happening here - sometimes its difficult to keep up with everything. Hope you get that award next week. ;)

Took Mum for hospital appt this afternoon and we called at M&S Cafe on the way back for a cup of tea. I suggested that Mum might like a toastie and then she wouldn't have to bother with making anything when she got back. Well she chose Cumberland Sausage with caramalised onions and cheddar cheese. It looked and smelled absolutely gorgeous. Meanwhile I sat with a cup of black tea - had better watch out otherwise halo will be slipping down around my neck and choking me. Mum was very good though as she always says there is too much for her and passes some over to us but she didn't tempt us today bless her.

DH is in kitchen preparing a rice dish (loads of sf veggies and tin of toms). Usually sits a poached egg in the middle of it but tonight we are having some fish sticks in it. Cannot wait for it, I'm starving. Then we have some watermelon that needs using up before we do big food shop in the morning.

    Bye for now

Top Girl, thanks for the Aldi info. I don't often get to one, but it's good to have this info just the same, just in case.

macpep, so sorry you've had to foster out wee Oreo. You will miss him.

durham mim, hope the migraine has gone.

Hi, Mollyrock, nice to meet you.

maman, I think the only injury I suffered was brain damage! What on earth was I thinking of?

    Thursday's Menu
Breakfast: French toast (hexb) with strawberries and blueberries
Lunch: baked potato with beans and hexa rf cheese, crunchy salad
Dinner: cod in cherry tomato sauce with sauteed potatoes, sliced banana with Ambrosia lf custard (2 syns)
Snacks: chocolate digestive (3 syns), 2 Werther originals (2 syns)

Total: 7 syns - may have Alpen Light 70 later (3 syns)
Syns Bank Balance: 47 syns for 4 days

I'm going out for lunch with a friend tomorrow. It's a wee Italian place, but doesn't do the standard Italian food, so sometimes it's difficult to make a SW recommended choice. I'll try to avoid bread :(

    Good luck everyone.

    Evening all:)
Busy day today. It's payday so I've been wait for it- knicker shopping again! I have some pretty cami and knicker sets from M&S that I love from about this time last year when I first started losing weight. I decided to sort them out the other day and discovered that they were all size 20  so I've been today and bought 4 vests and 4 pairs of knickers. The knickers are a 16 but the vests are a 12 :j I've also bought some white jeans. I've always wanted a pair but always thought they wouldn't suit me. I'm becoming more adventurous :)
Today's menu plan-EE for a change and then I'll do another Green day tomorrow.
B: Big bowl of mango chunks
L: Co-op Good life sweet chilli chicken noodle salad (3.5 syns) cheese twist (2 syns) fruit salad, sugar free Red Bull
Snack: Pack of Bernard Matthews Tikka Chunks, Sprite Zero
T: Baked sweet potato with a carefully measured teaspoon (level) of Flora light (1/2 a syn) tuna, beans and smoked salmon topped with Worcester sauce. NAS cordial. Frappucino with HEXA, HEXB Weetabix Oaty Rainbow Smashems bar, bowl of fresh raspberries
S: Steamed mixed veg, Worcester sauce, cup of Bovril

    Morning Everyone

Congratulations to all the losers, commiserations to gainers and welcome to newbies. Macpep sorry to hear about your kitten.

Shala a 2lb loss for me this week please

    Feeling very positive today.

Had my orthopedic appointment yesterday after my MRI, results were what I was expecting. Need a knee replacement but too young for them to consider at the moment. Talked about ways of managing my knee in the meantime. Came home and signed up for a 10 week swimming course.

Weight loss is important so sticking with it.

    Ee today

B Cereal and strwaberries hexa & hexab

L Lots of salad stuff and lean ham

D Going to try the Ocean Burgers from the fakeaway book with more salad. Would have SW chips but they never seem to turn out right think cooker is getting a bit over the hill.

snacks Muller light and assorted fruit

Not sure of the syns yet have to look them up.
