2lb loss yay.
Well done to everyone else for their loses.Have a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0 -
Great to see more losses rolling in - i'll be weighing myself at the chemist when i'm up in town later today and *fingers crossed* will be joining all you losers! although i'm not sure; I've had a good few days but I feel a bit bloated and generally meh
we will see.
Today:
B: omlette with smoked ham, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms then strawberries
L: cous cous (1 syn) with salad bits (beetroot, pickled onions, cucumber, tomatoes, a little ham then a banana
t: i think I will get bf a chip shop tea as tomorrow would be our usual 'date night' but we are off out for a carvery tea with his family. I will have pasta with tuna and veggies as a change from the potatoes I've been scoffing recently
HeA: Will split this to half milk, half cheese today - not strictly SW but will help me
HeB: just realised I don't have one down...erm either cereal before bed or perhaps some Kingsmill Great White as toast
Syns: 1 in cous cous, 3 for a taste test of the mini sausage rolls () and maybe 3 for a mini lindt bunny and 2 for an Options hot choc (total 9) depending on what I have for supper
I'll be walking to the market around 9am which will mean I'll do 1-1.5mile walking today then later this afternoon I have a driving lessonit will be bf's first time watching the baby on his own for an hour - i think the longest he's had to do so far is 30/40 minutes
I have some mini sausage rolls in the freezer which I think I will cook later and keep in the fridge; will call them 3syns each. Never eat many at once but they can just add a little change on an otherwise plain plate!
whilst at the market I need to buy apples, mushrooms, cherries if there's some that look decent. Perhaps a whole pineapple. As well as bits for bf************************************

:T:T:TFinally finally gone down a trouser size whooo hooo! Wore a pair of trousers that have not fit me for two years today. So that is me down a top size and a trouser size now. To celebrate I went and got my hair cut in to a brand new style and came home and ordered a few nice items in my new size and the next one down to keep me motivated. Been wearing pretty much the same style clothes for years and years. Time for an image change.
OH has gone down a size to so I made him go mad in primarni.
Well done on the smaller sizes :TWell done you, just reading the description, I'd have mugged her for it

Shala a 2lb loss for me this week please
Feeling very positive today.
Had my orthopedic appointment yesterday after my MRI, results were what I was expecting. Need a knee replacement but too young for them to consider at the moment. Talked about ways of managing my knee in the meantime. Came home and signed up for a 10 week swimming course.
Well done outoffunds. Sorry to hear you are having knee problems. Losing weight is going to help you with that. Good luck with the swimming.
Washer is calling me to let me know its finished. Hanging the stuff out (taking chance as its very overcast) and then DH might be ready and then we are off for the food shop - oh joy

Ended up with 24 syns yesterday after strawberries & cream for pudding and then later DH poured me a small cider, so an extra 4.5 syns I hadn't planned for but enjoyed it anyway! Also had one of the new Mullerlight Lemon Cheesecake yoghurts it was OK but wasn't over the moon about it - bit of a waste of a syn really. Obviously will eat the ones I've bought but won't buy them again (they only come in packs of 6 with 3 lemon and 3 strawberry cheesecake).
Having an EE day today:
B - mushroom & bacon omlette
L - smoked salmon & cucumber sandwich (HEB)
D - prawn & scallop stirfry with noodles
Will have grapes, strawberries or bananas as snacks and after meals if I want them.
HEA will be milk in tea as usual.
Not sure about syns yet but possibly a couple of glasses of wine and a fruit split lolly, which will be 15 syns exactly.
We haven't even got to the weekend proper yet and I'm already looking at reining back syns from Monday to Wednesday next week before WI!!!

snacks Muller light and assorted fruit
Not sure of the syns yet have to look them up.
Sorry to hear about the knee problem, swimming is a great way to exercise as the joints are supported not strained I have also noticed that my knees are not so painful now I have lost a bit of weight.
I was told I needed replacements last year but want to avoid put off for as long as I can. the Consultant said that I would probably need them redoing in 10 to 12 years, but this will take me into my 80`s and I don't fancy an op at that age, so I will wait as long as I can.Slimming World at target0 -
