I've just spent over an hour catching up with the thread. That'll teach me to leave it 4 days between reading.
Some fab losses been coming in (not from me tho
) To those who have had a bit of a blip, stick with it and keep plodding.
Doing my very best to stick with it though, and feeling quite chuffed that despite getting over hungry, I made a good choice with my lunch.
Today is a Green Day:
B - 2 x wholemeal toast HeB x 2, Flora light (2), reduced sugar jam (1)
L - Stagg Veg Chilli (2), plain rice, part of HeA1 sprinkle of lf cheese
followed by strawberries, banana and Total 0% greek yogurt
D - SW chips, eggs, might have a veggie sausage or burger (1), ketchup (1) and the rest of my HeA cheese on the chips - yummy!

Mimi - welcome to the thread.
You have put "breakfast bars" as HEB - what bars are you using as not all can be used as HEB. They have to have a certain level of fibre in them to be counted. Hopefully the ones you've got will be HEB rather than 6 syns.

Some amazing losses! Keep going to all those without.
Today's achievement is that I'm sat waiting for a friend at Waterloo and usually this would coffee and a cake whilst I wait but today I did a re think at the till and ordered black tea and nothing!
So impressed by my will power I hope you don't mind me sharing :j0 -

Assuming there's only a small amount of lamb in the broth, that could be a Green day. Then you could have cheese on your chips like sary!;)bookworm_nat123 wrote: »Some amazing losses! Keep going to all those without.

Well done you. Most Starbuck's muffins, for example, are 20+ syns each. I'm imagining you at Waterloo now.:)0 -
Just back from weigh in 3lbs loss please Shala.
I am so pleased I got my 1/2 stone sticker and certificate, so glad I had that Chinese Curry now lol.
While I was there I signed for 12 month membership at the leisure club, its £25 a month but really good value if I actually use it, you get unlimited use of the swimming pool and Jacuzzi, Gym and there are 9 different classes included. but will have a sneaky look at what they do before I decide on that.
Was really lucky with reduced stuff in M&S and Asda on the way back mostly 75% off I got chicken breasts, lamb stirfry, gammon steaks, goats cheese, stilton loads of fruit and veg.eggs and fresh mackerel. The best was the eggs 6 large free range for 26p, bought 4 packs, and the mackeriel were 50p.
Plan for tonight is to get the books out and plan my menus around these reductions.Slimming World at target0 -
