B - bacon, beans, loads of mushrooms (no egg as having lunchtime!)
Denise
Breakfast changed as had no mushrooms left! Was going out shopping to get a few bits which were needed (plus some that could have waited!) so had breakfast at a cafe in town. They do a full breakfast for £3.00 but as I didn't want sausages, black pudding and toast I just ordered: bacon, beans, mushrooms & scrambled eggs & a cup of tea - it cost me £5.00:eek:. In future if I don't want everything I'll order the £3.00 breakfast and leave the sausages, black pudding and toast:( - seems daft to me to waste food and not very MSE but why would I want to pay more for less food!
Will need to add a couple of syns as the mushrooms were cooked in a little butter but at least the bacon was grilled and was very lean.
Won't be having my usual fruit split lolly as didn't buy any when I went out and there's none in the freezer.

* I personally am wondering about making them with fat free natural yoghurt, skipping the sweetener and making them larger and topping with mushrooms, tomatoes and gammon for example as an alternative to bread/toast.[/QUOTE]
Top Girl - that sounds good - may just try that. Thanks for the idea:T.

Hi Top Girl, I've got Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred. Dusted it at the weekend and took off the wrapper! Was thinking about giving it a go so could start on Sunday and we could compare notes??

Anyone heard of the Fodmap diet? Just been to Dr about my 'issues' and he printed off a sheet about it. Basically all the foods I eat are causing me issues. It tells me to eliminate things like apples (have 1 every day) cows milk (every day) veg like onions ( every day) beans (not every day but most days) also yoghurt (every day).
Also being tested for gluten so have to make sure I have had a fair bit before the test to see if it's a problem. So have a couple of days to eat bread, pasta etc so it's going to be a painful time with a gain on top  if I could live without food I'd be fineIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Some great losses today. So in true SW fashion :T:T:T
I had to google 'scabby dug' tiger, but I think they may be syn free if all visible fat is removed.;)
I'm feeling quite bloated, particularly around my thighs.:( Like I've said I don't own any 'fat' clothes any more and don't weigh at home so rely on clothes to know how I'm doing and so thin clothes aren't forgiving. I think it's probably the YS chocolate marzipan that's tipped it. Will be desperately trying to claw back in the next couple of days.
I do try to buy 5% mince but it can be really expensive so I often buy 8% or 10%, drain off as much fat as I can and hope for the best.:)
Good to see you posting tie. Hope you et a good rest over half term.:)
Thank you Maman, I do read every day but as not been on a straight track haven't felt I could contributelooking like this week may be a right off too at least until after my blood test. Sounds like they will be taking an armful so might get away with a stay the same :rotfl:.

My problem is self control.... i'm terrible.... I'm good at meal planning etc, its the days where I go off plan that I struggle with! (For example, surprise meal out at work for lunch or something similar) I'm TRYING not to join a SW group (cost mainly) but will see how it goes...

Breakfast bars (HEB)
Muller yogurt (0)
Banana (0)
Lunch:
Jacket potato with cottage cheese (0) and then a banana for after (Forgot my side salad!)
Dinner:

Snacks:
Fruit (0)
hot choc (2)
HEA milk
8.5 syns in total for the day
If i'm good I might allow myself to gorge on a freddo bar! (5)0
