Please to report a 1lb loss so that's 7.6lb in two weeks :) I think my pattern is likely to be much bigger losses when bf is away and more moderate ones when he is around which I will be happy with as he is away a lot the next few months :P it's also nothing to do with sabotage it's just that over summer our routine is rather unsettled/up in the air purely because of training/camp/tournament schedules

I need to average 2-2.5lb a week to be at my target/happy weight by our holibobs in September so...I'm on my way :)

for Shala - STS better than a gain I suppose :o. Really lost my mojo and getting lead astray to easily at the moment. I start the day with good intentions and while at work I'm fine but the evenings and weekends are dire :o. Doesn't help when hubby buys chocolate and biscuits, I can't say no at the moment. Got lots of tummy issues too, probably from bread, biscuits and anything else gluteny but only myself to blame.
    MUST GET A GRIP

Well done those that HAVE lost, I am in awe :A
Big hugs to those in need :A

Afternoon everyone, hope you've all had a relaxing long weekend. Just caught up with all your posts

Well done to everyone else who has had a loss or STS, hugs to those that need them and positive thoughts to those that are struggling.

Thanks to those who posted the syn free gravy, red cabbage and balsamic onion recipes - I love gravy and it gripes me that I have to syn it, so tend to do without, hopefully this will be a solution.

We had a very wet ride up to Scotland on Friday a soggy day on Saturday (no fun in a tent!) and an even wetter ride home yesterday. Managed to get everything dried out and packed away today and caught up on our jobs around the house, though I still have a HUGE pile of ironing to work my way through

I tried to make good food choices whilst we were away buying fresh fruit and ff yoghurt for breakfasts and had salad for lunch yesterday and soup on Saturday, evening meal was grilled chicken with a spicy tomato sauce served with salad on Friday and a veggie curry on Saturday. However, there were waaaaaaay too many vodka syns so reporting a loss of 1/4lb please Shala Not concerned at such a small loss, as I refuse to let this diet rule my life. It is a healthier plan that needs to fit in around me and not vice versa. I am definitely seeing the benefits as I can walk and dance for ages now without feeling like I am dying! Went to a bike shop this afternoon and fitted into some rather nice riding jeans, but couldn't justify the £90 so will have a look around t'internet to see if I can find them cheaper!

Right, off to make dinner, catch up with you all in the week :)

Not sure if anyone else has seen but in the newest ASDA magazine there's a small bit that reads:
"Due to new laws, lean beef, pork and lamb mince will be called 'reduced fat', while extra lean mince will now simply be 'lean'"

perhaps worth noting for anyone that buys mince (the mention of laws seems to suggest it's not just in ASDA) :)

market day tomorrow so I'll be heading in to get some fresh fruit, hoping for strawberries, bananas and satsumas. Also my online shop is getting delivered - yay for fresh food!:)
