    Gooood morning all!

I am feeling rather chipper today; wonder baby has just slept 7 hours straight woke at 5.30 needing a nappy change and a little milk and is asleep again in my arms! Bf has been struggling with serious mouth pain and jet lag since returning from the USA on Thursday so rather than disturb him to take her back to the moses basket I have popped her in the big cot next door in the nursery and I am sat on the bean bag I use for night feeds :) Whilst she slept through I didn't as I woke at 3am worrying that she hadn't been awake yet and have only dozed on and off since. Feeling rather refreshed though and need to be up in an hour so I think I will just stay awake :)

Yesterday I was not feeling myself (actually haven't the past few days) I ended up having:
    6 chcocolate fingers @ 1.5syn each = 9 syn
    1 mini chocolate thing from bf's grandma @ 1.5syn
    6 fish sticks (free)
salmon portion with plain boiled noodles
1 mini cupcake, no icing - 5 syns I think (i have previously worked it out from the recipe but that sheet is in the other room right now :) )

I am going to weigh in today at my parents. Not expecting anything miraculous but praying hard for a STS or small loss (however small!)

    Thinking ahead to today:
B: HeB cereal (own brand weetabix) plus milk (from HeA), sliced apple
S: melon and pineapple (if they are still ok to eat)
L: (at the parents) roasted veg cous cous (half pack so about 1syn) with salad bits and cooked meat, more fruit
S: bairn and I are going with bf to the training venue - there's no session due to low numbers but he wants to use the hall to get his chair set up a bit better so will take fruit with me as otherwise i will end up in the WRVS cafe!
T: pasta with a Dolmio smoked bacon and tomato stir in sauce plus some mince. the sauce is 7.5 for the whole lot so will round that up to 4 for my portion, 3 for the mince so 7 for the meal which isn't bad at all :) will cook some mixed veg separate to throw in with mine.

Now to toss up: do I have a slice of garlic bread with tea at 4.5syn and then a hot choc before bed at 2 syn (13.5 for the day) OR skip the garlic bread and have a freddo...hmmmmm may have to wait and see how I get on!

just seen that the carbonara stir in from dolmio is 13 syns for the pot so 6.5 each! eep, glad I bought that for a treat meal! Think I will start labelling up some foods we have in the house so I don't have to keep googling syn values!

    Morning everyone

Had quite a relaxing weekend writing lots of lists of work that needs done in the house but loads more syns than I planned!! Made the SW chicken chausseur which was nice but needed way more seasoning than the recipe states. Of course after using wine in the recipe it was rude not to drink the rest of the bottle:eek:

So clawing back on syns for weigh in tomorrow. Today is EE -

Breakfast - 2 x toast (hexb) with beans

Lunch - Smoked ham salad with gerkins, beetroot and picked onions.

Dinner - LO chicken chausseur with potatoes, brocolli, cauliflower and carrots.

I've got pineapple, strawberries and nectarines in boxes for snacking and a dodgy out of date Muller light!

Away to catch up with everyone x

Morning all! I'm about 6 pages or more out of touch with you all, and won't have a chance to catch up with that until tomorrow, but just popping my head round the door to say hello, and report 0.5lb+ gain this week Shala

Bearing in mind it's a morning WI, and I'd usually do Monday evening, that's not good at all, so reigning things in all this week, and hoping to at least get back to where I was 2 weeks ago.

Off out to a friend's now, but she cooks vegan, so it should be healthy at least, and any oils she uses will count as a HeB as this will obviously be a green day. Had 0% yogurt with strawberries for breakfast, so I've started well so far!

Catch up with you all tomorrow. Enjoy the bank holiday!
