Evening
I did not manage to get weighed this week, so I will update on Tuesday.
I just made SW cheesy chips. I fine grated a HEA sized portion of cheese and spread it over SW chips 5 minutes before I took them out of the oven. I don't know why I didn't think of it before. They are my ultimate comfort foodSPC9 #125 - £816.85

MrsRyan - I am only 4lbs from target and am finding it very hard get off. I usually only loose 0.5lb a week even though I have reduced syns and have 70 per week.
I mainly do green days but have tried to mix it up with extra easy and red days as well.
I try and limit carbs and only have bread one day a week. I also don't eat massive plates of pasta and weigh it out and usually have about 40g and then fill my plate with salad.
I am trying to drink more water and exercise. We will get there in the end but it is going to be an uphill struggle.

durham-mim, you've had a great day indeed! I rally like that dress.
Helen, that's amazing progress; well done :T
tracey, I wish I was 4lbs from target instead of 4 stones! Just think how long it's taken to get where you are - you'll be at target soon.
Saturday's Menu
Breakfast: French toast with sliced bananas and syrup (1 syn)
Lunch: tuna mayo jacket (1 syn) with crunchy salad
Dinner: SW gingered turkey noodles - made with pork fillet (1 syn), Hartley's RS orange jelly (0.5 syn)
Snacks so far: chocolate digestive (3 syns)
Total so far: 5.5 syns
I'll have my hexa in some form for supper and who knows what else.
Confession time - after I posted last night, I managed to force down a wee Scotch pancake and jam, and remembered I'd had an Alpen Light 70 cherry Bakewell bar earlier in the day, so I've had to deduct them from my Syns Bank too
Syns Bank balance: 50.5 for 2 days
Weather has been ok here, dry but coldish; hope it improves tomorrow.
Good luck everyone.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Maman - my current bmi is 26.5. I want to lose another 19lbs, which will take me to 10 stone (my target but will consider 10 1/2 as a massive success), my "ideal" weight is 9 st 2 but I know that is not a maintainable size for me. When I am 10 - 10 1/2 I'll be size 10 bottom size 8 top which my dream goal. So goal is 4 stone - 4 stone 7.
Durham, lovely dress. Will look fabulous. I should have gone to my masters ceremony this year but chose not to as was so down about how I looked, my husband (and everyone else) kept on about missing it but I just couldn't bear the thought of fat photos, was another little prod to start losing weight.
Tracey, do you do any strength training? That close to goal, I would think it would help if not already doing. I've just added quite a bit of core and strength into my routine.

Annie, I notice in your signature that you are listening to Cynthia-Harrold Eagles books. I have read all of the Morland Dynasty books and loved them.
Helen, it's such a shame you missed your Masters presentation after all the work you put into it.Weight loss 0/2st

lush, is it that BF will only eat a small range of veg and carbs or is he up for trying things?
he's both fussy and traditional - nothing fancy, nothing really in much sauce if any, nothing with any spice/kick to it. No parsnips or swede (or many other things) carbs: pasta, rice (switching to brown for the additional nutitional goodness), wedges/chips, he'll eat noodles from the chinese (udon/ with beansprouts), mash on shepherds pie/with a Sunday dinner************************************
