Hi everyone
had a few bleurgh days where life was getting to me a bit much so hid away. Haven't sinned though, apart from last night when I wanted a "normal" meal. But I hadn't eaten all day before that.
Today: cappuccino muller light, strawberries, satsuma, melon
Lunch: just a peanut Hifi and a latte
Dinner: roast chicken. Syns on potatoes, gravy and stuffing! With broccoli, cauliflower and peas.
Working tomorrow, will take leftover chicken salad with me I think. And hopefully get back in the groove.0 -

Won't tell you what had for main meals both days so keep your fingers crossed for me for Tuesday pelase. Did however walk 12000 then 13500 steps so hope will have cancelled it out!!!!!
Will look out for both of those on the UK leg of journey. Driving though France, Belgium and The Netherlands to and their service stations have poor healthy options.
I have bought some Light Lunch Moroccan Style Salmon Salad which are 1 syn each. A flask for hot water for mug shots so its a start. Going to take some alpen light bars for Hebs.
Today is the first day I have ever properly fallen off the wagon. Start of * week, 2 hours sleep, mother gone in to hospital and could not be bothered to cook so went out for food. Had a huge mixed grill (did swap the chips for jacket) but ate the fried egg and mushrooms, slice of black pudding, normal sausage and half an onion ring so well over my 15 syns there)
Then for some reason thought sod it and had chocolate fudge cake and ice cream. Enjoyed every last bit but feel guilty.
Breakfast - 2 x eggs fried in frylight, 2 x wholemeal bread, banana, nectarine.
Lunch/tea - see above.
Snacks - still not hungry but if I get peakish will have melon and grapefruit.
Weigh in is Wednesday currently thinking about having no syns the next two days to try and claw some of it back. Then on the other hand its * week and it might not make a difference.0 -

That's fine, no problems with using syns for toast if it's something you really want. Just thought that when I was talking about Red/Original days that mash couldn't be a HEB but would have to be synned. The only potatoes that can count as a HEB are jackets and new potatoes in skins as it's to do with the fibre content. Didn't want to mislead anyone thinking about Red.Weigh in is Wednesday currently thinking about having no syns the next two days to try and claw some of it back. You may not see a difference this week but any 'good' eating will definitely show up eventually (as will 'bad':(). I'd take loads of fruit with you on your work trip. A bit messy but jars of things like cornichons and beetroot would be good. It won't help with meals but it might help cut down on synful snacks. And maybe at this time of the year there will be salads available at service stations. And if you're not under too much pressure of time you could deviate a little to supermarkets and buy things like smoked salmon or cooked meats. Many SMs are out of town and only a little bit off the motorway.0 -
Went out for a meal with extended family today. Avoided the bread on the table, a starter, a pudding and alcohol. Only had pasta arribiatta. Didn't actually feel deprived and enjoyed the meal and the company.
I'm off to smuggly polish my halo :rotfl:.
Remind me how good I feel now when I next fall off the waggon.

Hi everyone
Loved the dresses, I still look terrible in a dress but hoping to buy one for our holiday in September.
Had a very bad week, went out for a meal with DH, DD and her BF to celebrate our Anniversary. Was also the 1st Anniversary of the loss of my Dad. Went completely off the rails not only had a starter (bread platter) but dessert as well. Something I never usually do and 2 cocktails. Added up I had a whole week's syns.
Then yesterday had an accident with a metal shelving unit we were dismantling and ended up at A&E. So picked up a chinese takeaway on the way home. Full of aches and pains from bits I cannot even remember injuring at the time.
SHALA STS FOR ME THIS WEEK PLEASE
Need to get back onto it tomorrowWeight loss since 6/01/2014: 70lb0 -
