Where do you buy wonderfit jeans? Are they £££?

I got them from Asda for £18 but I have had them from Sainsbury's before too. They are those jeans that sculpt the body and push up the bottom etc.

By the way, I have to cover my knees too, they are all swollen and look awful. I'm also only 5'2" so have to be careful of the length.

Just had a look at your dress and its lovely.

I have another business trip coming up. Struggled last twice and had gains. Basically I have to drive from Newcastle to Houten, do a show then drive back. I need suggestions on what food to take. Will take some fruit of course, bought a flask and will take some mug shots and can fill up with hot water at the hotel.

We will stop at services and they are a nightmare for food. I can put stuff in cool bag for the way there Saturday - but Sunday over night then monday is the problem. Any suggestions that are low syn or free?

So much for good intentions, my strict plan has gone out the window,

DGS is staying and asked for Chinese last night, temptation proved too much, but at least I did have only half portion of house curry and rice.

He is staying an extra day today as its half term but has asked for homemade Chicken an chips, at least I am safe with that.

I will be back on plan tomorrow as weigh in Tuesday.

I generally stick to EE but I don't think that's a Red menu. If you're having mash, parsnips and cereal and toast (2 large?) that would make 5 HEBs so you'd have to syn three of them. I think you'd be better calling it EE and synning your toast at teatime or better still make an omelette and have no toast. That way your only syns would be for gravy and chocolate. HTH

    My EE menu for today:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: probably soup or a stir fry
D: roast pork, roast potatoes, red cabbage cauli, broccoli
    Syns: gravy and wine.

I'll roast the pork with a Jamie Oliver recipe so that'll be on a a bed of carrots, onions, garlic and celery. Sometimes the veg gets as far as the table sometimes they become 'cook's perks';) Oh and just remembered I'll have to syn some stuffing as it's a ready stuffed and rolled joint I got YS in Sainsbury's.:D

    Afternoon all :)
Nice day here today :) OH and I had a run out for a little shopping spree- we bought a kettle, a sat nav and a shredder :) I wasn't very well yesterday so I was feeling a bit down last night. I had been doing quite well until I blew it with two slices of toast with spread, 2 cereal bars (I had already had two for breakfast!) some Ryvita minis, 2 cupcakes and a Becks Blue. :( however I'm doing ok today and going for a walk in a bit. Nice healthy menu today- I cooked an SW fry up on the teppanyaki grill with Frylight this morning :j first time I've ever done a full fry up and I'm very pleased with myself- OH had just the bacon and eggs and pronounced it scrumptious :j

    Today's menu- EE
B: Bacon with the fat removed, 2 fried eggs, 2 Linda McCartney Italian sausages (1 syn total) beans in tomato sauce. 2 kiwis, glass of NAS cordial
L: Sweet beetroot salad with pastrami, pickled gherkins and Worcester sauce (heck of a kick to it!! :D) NAS cordial. Frappucino with HEXA semi skimmed and Mullerlight. HEXB Weetabix Oaty Rainbow Smashems Bar
T: 2 chicken legs with chicken tonight chasseur sauce (6 syns) a few Aunt Bessie's Homestyle Roasties (2.5) steamed broccoli. Activia 0% peach yoghurt, apple.
Supper: Diet Coke at the pub. MugShot and packet of Walkers pops (5 syns)
    Syns: 14.5
Just a word of warning to everyone about the Weetabix oaty bars. They have mini smarties on them and you can have one for a HEXB. They are lovely and exceedingly addictive!!
    Hope everyone's ok x
