Had two small chocolate krispies as a heb. Dont think that's allowed is it? :rotfl: breakfast was curried potatoes and brocolli, lunch prawn pasta salad, mid afternoon an almond crumble biscuit my colleague had brought back from spain (no idea of syns, was lish), hm chicken and chick pea stew (1syn) with sugar free ginger beer rather than the synful red wine i craved. So sort of good... Off to poland today (work in krakow then holibags in warsaw) with gbf who is strict veggie, eats shed loads of sweet stuff and is skinny as a rake. We shall undoubtedly bemoan our romanceless lives over nice drinks. The choc krispies may be the least of my worries :rotfl:

Sorry to hear about the headache shala, hopefully it will go off soon or disappear after a night's sleep so you can enjoy your break.

Have you heard that some people take the batter of chip shop fish?

I never have had that sort of self control.:o

Lol. It's easy if, like me, you really don't like batter. Normally I wouldn't tell people that, then they're impressed with my (seeming) iron control :rotfl:

Some brilliant losses there ladies... and mrslady i hope you enjoyed every bit of that gain :D

tazzy - club 10.. brilliant achievement :T well done... and what a brilliant loss to achieve it with!

Woke up this morning with a headache bordering on a migaine, so took loads of drugs to try and dull the pain. It's still there but duller, so i've just got to get through the day at work, then i'm off work till next Tuesday :j:j

Sister is coming up too, so disaster zone where eating is concerned i'm afraid :o she always has to have "proper" fish and chips and proper pork scratchings :rotfl:because they don't do them the same where she lives.

I can avoid the pork scratchngs (especially the hairy ones_pale_) but i will partake in the chips if she has them, we usually share a portion anyway so better than i would normally have...

Anyway have a brilliant day, hope you all manage to stay onplan xx

Hope your headache went away - there's not much worse, except perhaps toothache, or earache....all head pains are bad :(

Lol at the 'hairy pork scratchings'. You can have your fish and chips (specially half a portion) without guilt. Count them as about 10-12 syns and take care for the rest of the day. Simples!!

Rankin Irish Brown Soda Bread is 3 syns per 25g (3.5 syns if it was the fruit one).

    Linda McCartney Burgers:

Peri Peri Burgers, frozen 4 pack, 113g each 5 syns
Vegetarian Burgers, frozen 4 pack, 50g each Free
Mozzarella Quarter Pound Burgers, frozen twin pack, 114g each 4 syns
Vegetarian Quarter Pounder Burgers, frozen twin pack, 113g each 2 syns
Vegetarian Burgers with a Peppered Mushroom Melt, chilled twin pack, 134g each 7½ syns
Vegetarian Cranberry & Camembert Quarter Pound Burgers, frozen 2/4 pack, 114g each 5 syns

    Lina McCartney Sausages:

Vegetarian Sausages, frozen 6 pack, 50g each 2 syns
Vegetarian Sausages, chilled 6 pack, 50g each 1 syn
Mini Snack Sausages, frozen 320g pack, 16g each ½ syn
Italian Vegetarian Sausages, frozen 6 pack, 50g each ½ syn
Red Onion & Rosemary Sausages, frozen 6 pack, 50g each Free

    Hope that helps!

About to set off for the supermarket, but am going to do my food plan now, so that hopefully the day will not go awry. I've also eaten before I go, so I'm not tempted by anything.

Today will be a green day, so I can have two lots of healthy extras, coz I love 'em!

B - Apricot wheats (heB 1+2 - it was a big bowl), milk from HeA1
L - Savoury rice, with Five baked beans,
D - Baked potato, cheese HeA2, beans, mixed salad. LF dressing 0.5 syn, ketchup 1 syn

    Total syns : 1.5

Working on a weekly bank of 105 syns, that makes my running total now 88.5, which gives me 5.5 per day for the next 3 days before I reset the week on my WI day on Monday. I've never used a weekly bank of them before, so this feels rather odd in my head, although I know it works really well for quite a few of you guys. I can see it could be a bit precarious for me, so should probably plan my food for the days ahead, to ensure I do not go over, as there's very little leeway for extra dressings, a slice of bread, etc.

Think I'll make a SW quiche later to snack on, or use in meals too. I'm not in the mood for a speed soup, although that can also be a good fix for being peckish, but I think I may make it and not really eat it. Got 2 days of pretty full-on baking ahead of me, and an event again on Saturday. Not really feeling it this week.... probably why I'm posting here and not getting on with things!:rotfl:
