    Thanks Sary,
Can you tell me why the frozen are different to the chilled cause mine were chilled when I bought them and frozen when I cooked them.

Could the chilled and frozen be different weights wizkid?

    Hiya
What a miserable day! Piddling down with rain the whole day. One thing I am grateful of is that its a little cooler - its been too hot for me! Mum and Dad come back from holiday today - they'll be back by now and no doubt the lovely North East weather will bring them back to earth with a bump!
    Back to EE today.

L: L/O mushy pea curry, frozen garden peas, Worcester sauce, Uncle Ben's Savoury Chicken Rice (3 syns) frappucino with remainder of HEXA milk
Snack: 2 old style Alpen Light bars (HEXB)
T: Tuna pasta, steamed mixed veg, 2 apples
    S: Cheese twist (2 syns) Walker's Pops (5 syns)
    Drinks: NAS Ribena, water
    Syns: 10
Body Magic: just about to haul myself onto the torture implement for half an hour :D
    Hope everyone's ok x

Mildredd - pleased to hear you are still hanging onto the wagon. Have tried to find the recipe for the SW red onion gravy but cannot seem to find. Is it online somewhere?

Well the Cola Chicken was a great success here. It did have quite a bit of sweetness to it (obviously with the cola) but we really enjoyed it. :)

B - Bacon, poached egg, tomatoes and mushrooms

D - SW quiche and salad, pineapple and kiwi chunks

T - SW bolognese sauce or mushy pea curry on a baked potato or pasta or wedges, whatever takes my fancy :D

HEXA - Half in quiche, half in tea
HEXB - Alpen light, I think

Syns - Options for 2 and maybe a noodle deli box for 1.5

Stuck to this with additional syns of 1 werther's original which I think might be 1 and one blue cheese laughing cow triangle at 1.5, plus a splash of extra milk in my chocolate so calling it 7.

Had great white bread instead of my alpen and had a ham and blue cheese spread sandwich with it, then an apple as I ran about for about forty minutes after work with voting and the school run so was starving well before teatime.

Tea was bachelors golden rice, with broccoli, carrots and green beans. I ate a full packet of rice cos I was hungry, when I ran out of vegetables, I finished it off using celery sticks as crudites, surprisingly tasty.

Hope you ache less soon PLMBL and Beanie.

Congratulations to all on losses and thanks Mildredd, that gravy sounds lovely, stored for another time :D

    Tomorrow currently looks as follows

B - Bacon, egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, HEXB toast

D - SW quiche made with bacon, leeks, mushrooms and half HEXA cheese, on a huge salad

T - Mushy pea curry with something on the side, then pineapple and kiwi chunks

    HEXA - 1/2 cheese, 1/2 milk
    HEXB - 60g great white

Syns - 2 Options, 3 on 2 x blue cheese laughing cow to be had with celery sticks

Body magic - usual school/work run of about 20 mins fast walking each way plus possible 40 minute return trip to Aldi for some of their new 5 percent fat beef mince - living the dream on a Friday night, me
