You'd be my perfect chip shop partner.. I usually peel the batter off, eat it then give the fish to the cat :rotfl:
Mildredd - in two weeks you'll be whizzing around everywhere then..you sound like you're back on plan :T

Hey everyone,
Hope you are all well!
All this talk of fish and chips!!!!!
After a few days off - well basically the whole week lol I am finding it so hard to get back into it!
I could murder some fish and chips tonight - will see how bad wi goes - new mag tonight! Might inspire me
Feeling slightly better and have a lovely weekend of cleaning, relaxing and friend visiting planned.
P.S Its 10.42 and I've had my syns for the day already - not good!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
Hope you're OK beanie?
please-let-me-be-lucky, you sounded as if you're more hurt about the trousers than the fall! Hope you're OK today too.:)
Didn't get to WI today so please put me down for STS Shala. I haven't had too bad a week but all this fine tuning of my target range is getting to me a bit. I go on holiday in just over three weeks. My bikinis fit me. What's to worry about!:rotfl:
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB Shreddies, HEA milk
L: Probably a stir fry but may need more after measly breakfast
d: Liver & onions, mash, cabbage and some other veg from freezer
Syns: gravy
Already leaning towards frittata for lunch.;)0 -

I'm thinking if the actual walking doesn't help the weight loss, the bit of knee I have missing will.
Gutted because I also wrecked a pair of trousers that I had only just slimmed back in to.
Sounds painful plmbl. Well done on the 8 miles and getting into the trousers.Sad news today- I made the cappuccino frappuccino and I didn't like it! Never mind, I do love them as a yogurt. I threw it away as I didn't want to waste the calories and made an iced coffee with skimmed milk and ice instead, which was damn nice
Happier news- second weigh in tonight and I lost 2lbsAm happy with that. Well, I was a tiny bit disappointed but I gave myself a talking to!
Oh no Yemma sorry you are not a fan of the cappuccino frappuccino but great that you have found the iced coffee hits the spot. All we need now is some more lovely weather so we can sit outside, relax and enjoy our iced drinks. Well done on your loss too. :T

Thanks for the concern everyone. I'm ok, just battered pride and a scab that keeps cracking every time I bend my knee
. Overall I am more bothered about the trousers though :rotfl:.
I don't eat fish but I love chip shop chips with batter bits! How anyone can be reserved enough to leave the batter I don't know!!!
Beanie, hope you are ok today XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I've just got back from tesc0 and they had hardly any different flavours - just the mainstream ones and only on one shelf.. are mullers not as popular as they used to be?
Got some of the Kinsgmill white bread - I haven't had normal white bread in a long time but I think i'll steer clear much prefer wholemeal for normal sandwich bread..
Just had my new magazine come through - think i'm going to make myself a cuppa and have a read!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Just had lunch, my tummy was still really rumbling after the beans on toast so had to top up with some noodles. My DH uses mugshots to fill the gaps but I don't like them, hence the noodles. I think I'm more hungry than usual because of the much earlier breakfast.Weight loss 0/2st
