Just a quick hello from me, as cream crackered after a long, but enjoyable day.
Was doing fine on plan, until OH and I indulged in a Magnum ice cream, then on the way home from the track we had a McD's, and I indulged in a burger with fries.... just added up my day's syns, and it's coming in at a hefty 64!!!! And it's only Wednesday, I weigh in on Monday next week!
Going to have to get VERY creative with meals for the rest of this week, and over the weekend to not have barely any syns at all, to keep it within a weekly allowance of 105. Bummer
Well done on the mahoosive losses coming in today. Welcome back MrsLady.
(Dodgy threesome) Hugs to those not feeling great, or just feeling a bit out of sorts. :grouphug:One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Decided on a green day in the end so I cold have an extra heb.
Breakfast 2 x weetabix, skimmed milk, water melon
Lunch - super speed soup, banana, apple, muller light.
Tea - quorn sausages, great white bread bun, salad, sw bbq sauce, sw chips, mushrooms and onions and it was lovely!
snacks - apple, melon, strawberries,
hea - milk in cuppas
heb - 2 x weetabix, great white bread bun
Syns quorn sausages 4, light mayo 2, tassimo creamer pod 2 TOTAL 8.
I got the sw fakeaway book, little book of sauces and the curry book. So much in them I want to try.
Did the sw bbq sauce today. I did not have mild chili powder so used cayanne pepper thinking oh it will be the same, its not lol. Still tasty though but a bit spicy.
hubby has been complaining since the start he wants take away then when he gets it is saying its not as nice as he thought it would be. I have told him he can pick one meal a week out of the fakeaway book.0 -
Sad news today- I made the cappuccino frappuccino and I didn't like it! Never mind, I do love them as a yogurt. I threw it away as I didn't want to waste the calories and made an iced coffee with skimmed milk and ice instead, which was damn nice
Happier news- second weigh in tonight and I lost 2lbsAm happy with that. Well, I was a tiny bit disappointed but I gave myself a talking to!
Breakfast: melon, strawberries, muller light
Lunch: salad, heb hifi
Dinner: loaded potato skins with biiiig salad
Syns: shared a bag of Cadbury Marvellous Creations Oreo with the bf and they were damn nice! Weighed it out into little ramekins cos he eats sweeties faster than I do and if I'm counting syns I was every last scrap of chocolate I've counted for!0 -
Oh I definitely let go and just had some of the most fantastic food - we toured SW Ireland - great seafood!
Def feel a bit fatter round my tummy though, so now I need another target/goal to get excited about. That made a big difference actually to have something to work towards.
A good day today, plenty of fruit, seafood and fish and amongst other things. I do love the old fish!!0 -
Went on an 8 mile walk today. Fell over, and put a hole in my knee.
I'm thinking if the actual walking doesn't help the weight loss, the bit of knee I have missing will.
Gutted because I also wrecked a pair of trousers that I had only just slimmed back in to.
Congratulations on all the losses, best wishes to everyone else XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

this is SW, we don't do calories!;)
mildredd, your menu looks Green to me so you could have 2 HEBs (and As) if you want. Where/when are you going to the coast? Strangely enough DH suggested the chippy tonight but I refused. Supper was all planned so I'll take a rain check for another day.
sary, I'm sure you'll cope for the rest of the week on low syn. Hope you enjoyed your 60+syns!:rotfl:
tazzy, the Szechuan chicken is in the fake away book and it's absolutely lush!0 -
Slightly better today...slightly.
Didn't get chance to eat brekkie as bairn and I got up late and it was a rush to get us both ready and our stuff packed up to come back in time for her 8 week jabs.
Took the parents to the pub for lunch and had a chicken and roast pepper salad with a diet coke. There was a small amount of dressing on the salad/chicken and I had a few curly fries. For tea I had a jacket potato with 1 dairylea light triangle (from HeA) 2 ww sausages (1syn), sweetcorn and a boiled egg plus 1syn of extra light mayo. I've also had an options hot Choc (2syn) and some weetabix (HeB) plus a couple of little chocs (5syn)
Tomorrow will be better, back home now and bf is back tomorrow night (woooohooo!!!)
Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HeB) plus semi skimmed (from HeA) plus fruit
Lunch: fish sticks and salad
Tea: not sure yet...depending on what bf fancies it may be meatballs in tomato sauce with pasta or a salad with either chicken or minute steak
Been to buy supplies for Fridays BBQ today, lots of no and low syn goodies plus a few mini treats :-) think I'll be lucky for even 1lb weight loss this week! It's OK though - it will go!************************************
