Hi all
Sorry I've not been around. Ultra busy with SAT marking and deadlines, having to get up at 5am to get the best from my internet connection and me!
Anyways, made it to class tonight and lost 3.5lbs :j
Take care and I hope everyone has a great week0 -

Evening all!
Back from my honeymoon 6lb gain in just 2 weeks. How come it's that easy?!
Anyway - I'm raring to get back to routine now after all the excitement of a wonderful wedding. My dress looked lovely on the day, so I'm very pleased that I made the effort. I don't want it all to go to waste!!0 -

Great to see you back and so pleased that all went well.:) Good news is that weight that went on quickly should come off quickly. Just get planning.blue_eyed_girl wrote: »woo hoo great losses annie and plmbl x :T

ammonite, a stone by Christmas is definitely doable. I'd say you could manage double that and that's just about a pound a week.
When you did SW as a teenager, which plan did you follow? Although EE is widely pushed now, Red and Green are still there and they have a wider range of HEAs and HEBs (like cheese and meat) than on EE. One consultant also told me that they are Health Extras so although healthy they're not essential so if eating fibre makes you ill that's hardly healthy. Are you planning to join a group? Do you have the books? perhaps if you gave some ideas of what you normally eat we could help you adapt it to SW.
Seabee, when I got to target I went down two bra sizes but fortunately kept the cup size.:D Best thing I did was to go and get professionally measured, made a world of difference. Probably best left until you're near target though as it wasn't cheap. Now I know my size I go to TKMaxx.
Don't normally have supper but tonight I enjoyed a bowl of the soup I'd made. It smelled so good I had to taste it.;)0 -
Grr wrote another long post then lost it because of the parents dodgy Wi-Fi
Anyhoo, over syns today; started well then had about 1/16th if a pork pie (1/8th was on the plate ans I shared it with dad - not impressed as it was advertised as 'a chunk of pork pie!) Plus probably half a tbsp coleslaw [we shared a ploughmans platter so the rest was lean cooked meats, salad, pickled onions... not even any cheese!]
After a full day walking round Bakewell I walked the dogs with the parents when I got home and I think my body was protesting - hadn't felt hungry or thirsty all day but suddenly felt very weak/off and had a bad stomach when we got home. I needed something I could get in my system quickly so mum gave me a small slice of quiche (left the pasty as I hate it when its soggy) some roast pork, a sliver of white bread (from the end of a loaf you get freshly baked, like tiger bread, where it narrows, was well under 1cm thick [positive of having super sharp knives!]) And the same again if malt loaf.
So over syns today but not letting it get to me as I'm now avoiding the chocolate/bread/crap and haven't asked dad to get me anything whilst he's out picking brother up which previously I would have done!
Plan for tomorrow, bairn has her 8week jabs so hopefully she doesn't get too stressed as that will stress me!:
B: over night oats - HeB plus 1syn for 100g low fat natural yog
L: fish stick salad with 1syn for extra low fat mayo
T: 2WW sausages (1syn) with mixed veg/salad plus jacket potato
Before bed: options hot Choc (2syn)
HeA: probably milk
HeB: oats
Syns: 5 planned so far
Here's hoping for a better day after some sleep!************************************
