Fab Beanie Lou, how much milk please? Over ice, presumably?0

I thinking synning the coffee yogurt is ridiculous its the same as synning the rice pudding because you are making it with water and not milk - how can you syn something that has no syn value on line on in any books.0
-
Hi TopGirl - the method I used was one tub of yoghurt, 100mls ss milk (2.5 syns or part of HexA) and ice bunged into blender and whizzed it all up till the ice disappears. Don't know if there are any other methods.
Great news that it is not a tweak but I had no intention of synning it anyway

Lantanna: the cheek of some folks thinking it's ok to say those things to someone
I'm with you although I won't make target this year, too much to lose but I hope to be a whole lot lighter.
Mrs R: Glad that assessment is over for you now and that they were nice to you.
Topgirl: that gastric episode sounds nasty, hope it went away and you're feeling a bit better
I still had some hazelnut flavoured coffee from Douwe Egberts and made an iced drink with that this morning, it was delicious but I am away to try the cappuccino yoghurt one now. Not sure if my blender can crush the ice, oh well, I can try.
Away to make mince and tatties, can't be bothered rolling the meatballs I was suppose to do,I have Jersey Royals, they are my all time favourite potato.

Topgirl, hope youre feeling much better
Mrs R - Glad they were nice to you, assessments are never pleasant, hopefully you get the results you want.
im openly admitting that copious amounts of syns will be consumed in the next couple of days and i don't care. My best friend is moving to australia tomorrow so were doing takeaway and movies tonight and then tomorrow im going to be too upset to think properly so will eat what ever i want really xx0 -

I just chucked the Muller into glass, added skimmed milk & whisked using a wee hand whisk. Then added a few of my everlasting ice cubes.

I have been given a box of Ferrero Rocher - but they can just sit there - I am stronger than them lol.
I was just telling Mildredd I have had a bag of scampi fries today - but at 6.5 Syns not so bad.
My weekend was wild food wise but hey.
Its time I dusted myself off, gave myself a kick up the derrier and started living again!!
Right who is getting to target this year with me??? xx

That's fighting talk. Loving it!!!
There's plenty of year left and everyone can look fantastic for Christmas and those further along the journey can do it much earlier than that.
Thanks for the hash recipe. I'm determined to have some soon.
I had a very yummy omelette for lunch, all the nicer as it was a spur of the moment thing. I foraged in the fridge and fried up peppers, mushrooms, tomato and a couple of sliced potatoes. Made a substantial meal with a few pickles.
Tonight we're having the Bolognese but I have cooked a gammon joint for tomorrow and lentil and veg soup is bubbling away in slow cooker from the stock.
So today's syns should just be a squirt of syrup and a scrape of Parmesan.:)
So pleased you've got the assessment over MrsR. fingers crossed for a good result.
Enjoy your time with your friend bookworm.:)0 -
Thanks all.
All settled since this morning, but on and off stomach cramps all day, trying to have bits and pieces to eat but every mouthful has me wincing atm.
Hope it's settled by tomorrow.
Loving the determined attitudes though0
