    Hi everyone
Just running on quickly to say thanks- had the assessment and I'm very tired now, it went ok apart from the fact I burst out crying in the middle :( but my assessor was lovely and she put me at ease so I hope it all went ok.
Just a question- at what point does a new SW day start? I had a Chokomallo (3 syns) last night with a glass of milk about 2 mins past midnight but I took them out before midnight ;) can I count them in yesterday's allowances?!

  • I think your day ends when you go to bed and starts again when you wake up again, no matter what time those two things occur.

    Glad assessment went ok Xx

Well done on your loss greentiger.

Top girl I will try that tip about getting rid of the smell of garlic as I used lots and lots of the stuff.

Mum of two - nightmare about your wall! Hope it is not to expensive to fix.

I must be the only person who does not like the cappuccino mullers. Searched high and low for them for day and days. Finally found some in Adsbobs yesterday and yuck! Now the coconut and lime ones are lovely, but I have only managed to find those ones.

Now left with 6 cappuccino ones, will have to be inventive to use them up.

    Green day for me today.

Breakfast - over night oats with mixed berries and cherries.
Lunch - super speed soap, muller light, apple.
tea - quorn chicken and spicy rice with veg
Supper - cheese on toast (great white)

Snacks - apple, grapefruit, 2 x hard boiled eggs.

    hea - cheese
heb - porridge oats, 1 x great white bread

Syns - curly wurly 6.5, options hot choc 2. TOTAL 8.5

Weigh in tomorrow, after my STS last week I am hoping and praying for a good loss this week.

Well, I did not WI this morning due to what can only be described as a violent gastric episode for about 8 hours through the night  No idea what caused it.

Stomach still sore now, just had two pieces of dry toast and a couple of slices of corned beef for about 3 syns as have been okay since about 6.30 am, so fingers crossed.

Took Top Boy to my friend's who kindly dropped him at school for me and went straight back to bed where I managed to get some sleep at least.

Work tomorrow, fingers crossed I will be in a fit state to go.

Well done with today's losses ladies :T

Bet you are pleased the assessment is over MrsR. I think its sometimes worse waiting for the outcome

Sorry to hear you don't like the cappuccino yoghurts tazzy - I suppose it would be a funny old world if we all liked the same stuff. :D

Happy Birthday Lantanna. :bdaycake: some synn free cake just for you.

Trying some of the 'syn free ice cream' later - it's made and in the freezer. Just stirring it now and again. Trouble is I keep tasting it at each stirring purely in the interests of product testing ;). Thanks for the recipe whoever it was that posted it originally. Will report back once we have tried it.

DS is off work today and has made Pea and Ham soup in his soup maker do dah. The recipe was quite SW friendly until he added 4 teaspoons of oil (8 syns) - I know it was divided by 3 people but I think it would have worked quite well without it. It was however very nice. He used smoked ham which added a nice flavour.

Oh well just finishing off with a cuppa and then I really must get up and get some chores done.

    Today's food plan
Breakfast - missed as went to playgroup doh
Lunch - 2 poached eggs on hexb bread , Tom sauce (1)
Grapes mango and half a muller light
Dinner - roast - not a sw friendly one might have to work out syns and try to fill up on veg instead or have a bowl of fruit before dinner

Days allowances start when u wake up and end when you go to bed?
Only know as a few people at my group work shifts and where saying midnight - 7am was a day then sleep 7-3, then 3-12 was a day - so in their altered time shift if it was on normal people's regular clock they where having 30 syns in a waking day?

    Day 2

Beanie I think the psychological affect of weight numbers messes with my head quite a bit :/ just like my target I don't know where to set it? I don't want my upper/lower limit to be in a different number? So I think I need to set my target at 6.5stone off which is 1st 7 1/2 away

I fully accept target will be hard to stick to at the mo I have basically been maintaining really with being ill but my gains at the mo are due to me stuffing junk that I don't normally eat? So hopefully I can knock that on its head and then ill be able to get to target and stick there ;) that's the theory anyway xxx

Done the shopping this morning and restocked. I was toying with the idea of buying turkey mince until I saw the price! Off for a full body massage later this afternoon, as well as helping the ME it is a real treat for me. I go to the local college and it only costs £6, I'll really miss it over the summer.

    EE Menu

B: 1 x Wheatabix, mango & kiwi fruit with ff natural yoghurt.
    L: Noodles. Pear, Nectarine.
D: Left over liver & onions, SW chips, peas & cauliflower with gravy.
    Banana, clementine.

    Milk for tea.

I know I shouldn't have but I weighed myself this morning and it seems I've put on the llb I lost at the weekend, so will have to be super strict the rest of the week to get rid of it.
