Just a quick one before bed
The dress arrived... I ordered in 2 sizes :/ the small one laughed at me - the bigger size also chuckled at me and then squished me and gave me under arm boobage so they've both gone back and I've put on my big girl pants and ordered the size bigger - it's a nice dress it looks more expensive than it was and for one occasion £35 is more than enough really.

    Beanie ill hold onto you

Weigh in today - I gained again :@ but this time I went back up a stone size so I'm actually annoyed at myself so maybe this is my turning point.
Sooooo day one - I had
Lunch - beans on 2 wm toast
    2 kiwis - strawberries
Dinner - spag Bol with hex a cheese
    Pineapple grapes and strawbs
Syns 4 (sugar in tea n coffee)

101 left for the week xxx

    I'm feeling strangely optimistic today
I'm also introducing the no eating secretly rule now
As I am a secret lets see how much I can snaffle whilst alone

Consultants - it just frustrates me that so many consultants don't follow the plan? Surely their the best advertisement for the plan working long term? Humph
Relief consultant today was lovely but questioned me as to whether is called target then told me how well I looked then laughed off my gain - I don't think I can keep using the I've been ill excuse :/

Discovered Swedish Krisprolls today and they are lovely and I think they are still a healthy extra I had three with prawn, mayo and gerkins, 1 syn for mayo. Bliss.

I think these have disappeared off the HEX list. Shame as when I was getting to target I took a bag on holiday with me and had them every day with breakfast to keep me off the white bread.

Been doing a google and it would appear that 28g weetaflakes plus a ryvita was/is so i'm going for that. Gonna try and use a different hexb every day this week.

They aren't listed any more either. It'd be interesting to know how they differ from Weetabix.

After all the talk of corned beef earlier, I'm thinking we may have hash one day soon. Any good recipes?

    Evening all
STS for me this week. I've had a really rotten week- spent the whole week eating utter carp. I've lost my confidence (which is due to something I've mentioned earlier ) and my motivation- I've just lost my way :( I've worked really hard Saturday, Sunday and today on BM and I've done some BM in the week as well. Had a bit of a motivational talking to from my consultant and my friends from group and hopefully can pull it together as of tomorrow. A nice touch was a chauffeur home in full evening dress :D it was man of the year today and my consultant had asked the men we have in group to dress smartly for group today. We've moved to a new venue which is only accessible by car and one of the men is on the social team and he very kindly offered to bring me home each week. So he turned up this evening in full evening dress! We joined at the same time but I've been going to the earlier session so I haven't seen much of him recently. It must have looked quite strange in the early evening- I was (very) casually dressed and in the passenger seat of a car being driven by a bloke in a dinner suit!! :D
    Anyway, here's today's menu plan.
B: Frozen mixed fruit salad and Mullerlight, NAS Ribena
Late Lunch: HEXB Alpen light 70 cals x 2, some snacky bits at taster night (all free) and some Apple Betty dessert (2 syns) NAS squash
T: 4 x Linda McCartney veggie sausages (not the rosemary ones so 2 syns) Uncle Ben's Golden Veg Rice (3 syns) Iceland Popping Candy Ice lolly (3.5 syns)frozen peas NAS Ribena
S: Ham, Steamed mixed veg with Worcester sauce, Mullerlight, NAS Ribena, Chokomallo
    BM: 4 mile walk
    Syns: 13
Hope everyone's ok. Off to bed now as have PIP assessment tomorrow :(
    Night all x

Aw Mildredd shame about the dresses - I chuckled at your big girl pants - are there any other types? :D DH tells me that if mine don't reached my armpits then they are no good - the flamin cheek of it - mind you I think he maybe has a point :rotfl:

Hope you have a good day Mrs_Ryan. Wow chauffered to class :rotfl:

Re consultants - my consultant has lost 4 stone and she looks amazing. It will be interesting to see how things go for her further down the line. We are her first class and you can see that she is growing in confidence each week.

Try to stay on that wagon everyone.

Day 4 today. Headache seems to have gone so need to catch up with my studying today. Well done to all the losers & hugs to those struggling. I hope I see a loss this week but to be honest even not gaining would be an achievement as I have put on an average of 2lb a week for the last month or so which is quite alarming and why I'm trying to take myself in hand now.

    EE today

B - Wholemeal toast with banana

L- Omlette, bacon, tomatoes. 2 satsumas

D -'Nandos' chicken (2 syns) with SW chips and large salad, Mullerlight, apple

S - Aldi cheese puffs (4.5) slices ham

    HEXA - SS milk
    HEXB - Wholemeal toast
Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

Changed my mind last night about my HEB so didn't need to syn any butter to go on the Ryvitas. I had a Rocky Road HiFi bar (didn't even realise there were any left in the cupboard - DH had the other one which was left) and an Alpen Light Choc & Fudge; DH had a sultana & apple one which I'm not keen on!

    Having a Green day today:

B - scrambled eggs on WM toast
L - HM beanburger in 60g WM roll
D - Veggie jambalaya, made using Quorn "chicken" pieces

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB1 - 2 WM bread
    HEB2 - 60g WM roll

Will have a fruit split lolly this evening - 3 syns.

    Mrs R ~ Keep plodding.
Hope all goes well for you today.
Mildredd~~that's what I am really struggling with at the mo~just being that few pounds back up into the next stone. It seems to be a real psychological barrier for me getting down again. How much more do you want to loose to get to target? Remember it is also quite hard to stay at target so factor that it.
Though Maman is the expert & joedenise.Apologies to anyone Ive forgotton.
