Re consultants- mine goes to the group she did her weight loss journey with to WI- she won't weigh in at ours! But she does quite often post pics of her meals and things on Facebook. And she's a right skinny Minnie (although she's tall so she carries it off)*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200

Princes corned beef is coming up as 3.5syns for 100g or 2 syns if it's lean. So I'd stick with the higher value as corned beef is rarely really lean. It's surprisingly low syn isn't it?
Shocked at how low it is. Love corn beef to, same its so expensive now. I always to buy it, say how much! then put it back.
Breakfast - overnight oats, with mixed berries and shape 0 fat yoghurt. It was yummy, first time I have had it as i thought it looked horrible but will defo be having it again.
Lunch - super speed soup, apple, banana, shape 0 fat yoghurt.
Tea - chicken and veg skewers, salad, jacket pot, peppers and 2 x onion rings. BBQ sauce.
Hea - skimmed milk
heb - porridge oats
Syns options hot choc 3, bbq sauce 5. TOTAL 8

I have checked again and that's the syn value for Princes.
They often have this on offer at Farmfoods.
Aldi cans are coming up as 4 and Lidl as 3.
Basic corned beef is 3 syns for 100g or normal and 2 syns for lean. I suppose you'd use that if you just bought it on a deli counter.
While I was a it I looked up Fray Bentos. Corned Beef isn't coming up (???) but there are cans of beef stew at 2 syns for the whole 400g can.
Very disorganised today. DH is going out so we'll need an early supper.
EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, 2 boiled eggs, HEA milk

Managed to stick to plan so far today helped by having a frozen mouth for most of it from the dentist. A word of warning - the trip to dentist was following my intention to have a curly wurly each night as my treat to look forward to. Bought some on Friday ready to start doing SW on Saturday & decided to have one on Friday night as they were calling me from the kitchen. I woke up on Saturday conscious that I was holding something between two of my fingers & it was only when my tongue ran over my teeth that I realised it was a section of the front of my incisor tooth! I must have taken it out of my mouth in my sleep! Needless to say I chucked the rest of the curly wurlys in the bin & I love them as well but can't afford any more £50.50!!!!!! trips to the dentist! Not got much studying done though!Start by doing what's necessary, then what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.0

Pps - I'm debating starting a # campaign to have sw consultants display there weeks gain/loss/maintain - its starting to grate on me people's consultants blatantly not following the plan
Love the dress! Would love to wear something like that, but my arms are just too mahoosive, and I'm too short to get away with a maxi... it'd look like I'd got a bridal train going on.
Re. the consultants. I mentioned this a few years back when I was first at my group, that our consultant doesn't set a good example. She's easily size 24/26, and never seems to get any smaller. She has a lot of health problems relating to her weight, sits in class sweating and has to have a portable battery fan on her face. She had said a year or so ago that she was going to try losing again, as her weight was affecting her mobility, but I noticed last week that she looks to have gained quite a bit again (I don't stay to class, and she's had a lot of new joiners this past couple of months, so is sat in the corner doing their chat when I WI, so I hadn't seen her properly for about 8 weeks). I know with SW they can call target at any weight, but I do feel that as a Consultant they need to be setting an example to the rest of the group, at least being on the journey and showing the plan works.
We had a stand-in consultant from another town while our's was on holiday, and she'd lost about 10 stone, had a lot of enthusiasm and energy, plus humour to add to the class, and that was infectious. Her achievement, and on-going journey to stay at target was pretty inspiring. She was also really doing the plan, she was eating the same food as us, and wanting to hear what others were doing with their food/recipes, etc. Our's isn't really that fussed, she just wants to get round the group, do a bit of clapping, and read from a script she repeats from one year to the next for classes. It's one of the reasons I don't stay to class, as I can't get anything out of it. My sister and I chatting about what new recipes we've tried, or how we've struggled to stay on plan during the journey in the car there/back is more rewarding. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

The garlic fry light - I tried on chips was too strong?
I use it when I'm making a spag Bol now - just cook onions and meat in that instead of doing fresh garlic - no stinky hands
If you rub your hands up and down a piece of stainless steel cutlery whilst washing them after handling fresh garlic, the smell disappears. I don't know how or why I know this, but it works.
I'm back loveliesSo far off plan the last week or so, I'd have to say a thousand hail marys for all these syns.
Just finishing off the junk etc tonight and I am back on the wagon tomorrow, will weigh in then and share the bad news.
The aim is for four days and nights on 5 syns as I am going to York for the day on Saturday and fancy a lovely meal out. I have knocked the alcohol on the head for a month as of today, which should help matters.
Re. maxi dresses, I don't know why but they always make me feel I look fatter.0
