Oh no I didn't know Asda Wholemeal pittas got struck off, I have been stocking up whilst 3 packs £1 in Asda Aw well will carry on eating them as I don't think one of these every couple of days is going to do much damage, When I think of the amount of bread I used to get through anyway, not to mention lathering in butter and doorstop cheese sandwiches
They are something crackers like 0.2g of fibre under what they should be, so as long as your fibre intake is decent, you should be okay

Fab dress. Treated myself to a maxi for my holibags next month. I love them. WI 1.5 loss. Ok so i'm a wee bit disappointed cos i'd put on a half last week and wasnt wearing my jeans this week, but a loss is a loss. Not around for next week's WI as off to poland thursday for a week. Desperate to get my club 10 - another 3 to go.

As you say DundeeDoll, a loss is a loss and 1.5lbs is a good one too. :T Pleased you enjoyed your Korma. Enjoy your trip to Poland.

Reporting in with a 2.5lb for this week Shala so I am quite pleased with that.
We were told at class that the blended cappucino yoghurt, milk and ice had to be sinned as we were doing something with the yoghurt - I think our consultant thought it was just as mad as we did. For goodness sake what difference does it make if we eat a yoghurt (free) followed by a drink of milk (2.5 syns or HEA) and then suck on an ice cube as opposed to sticking it all the bloomin blender.
Sorry rant over.
Hope all the people who were climbing back on the wagon today are still hanging on tight.

Evening all,
WI tonight and a disappointing +0.5lb gain. Ho-hum, looks like those fish n chips really stuck to my bum tonight.
Well, it's been Day 1 again for me anyway, so looking forward, not dwelling on what's been going on.
Today's plan : EE
B - Danio yogurt (1), banana, kiwi
L - Chicken drumsticks (5), mixed salad, lf dressing (0.5), banana, strawberries, Elmlea light cream (2)
D - HM chicken schnitzel (using stuffing mix for coating 2), baked potato, flora light (1.5), mixed salad. Ketchup (1), light salad cream (1)
Hea - milk in tea/coffee
HeB - brazil nuts
Total syns - 12
My dinner tonight was a SW adapted version of a recipe I saw done on This Morning today by Phil Vickery. I used egg to coat the chicken breast I had flattened using a rolling pin, then dipped it in some stuffing mix, just enough to coat it on both sides, then browned it off in a pan using some frylight, and put it in the oven to cook through, with my baked spud that was crisping off after zapping in the microwave. It was absolutely delicious, and will definitely do it again, worth the syns for the super taste, and so easy to do.
I forgot to mention earlier, when I was in Sainsbobs yesterday, I noticed that the Kelloggs Chewy Delight plain or milk choc bars are reduced to £1 a box, so I grabbed a couple. They also have new and old Alpen Light bars on the shelves now, although they're both £1.99 a pack in Sainso's. I prefer the Kelloggs bars to the Alpen Lights, although you can only have 1 for a HeB.
How have everyone else's Day 1's gone? One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0
