Visited Mr. T's this morning for some of the plain Liberte yoghurt and they only had the fruit flavoured ones so I didn't bother as its only the plain ones that are free I believe.

Really need to stir myself. Don't fancy tea before wi so I think I might just have Weetabix (usually have this for supper) and then DH said he will have something ready for me when I get back. Think we might go for fish, chips and mushy peas - I think it is about 6 sins for the fish and it will be SW chips so I can live with that.

Right that's it. Must shift myself. :D

I've been really busy this last week so haven't been online much and it's taken me ages to catch up with all the posts. There's been some great losses so well done to all you losers. Chin up to those who are struggling with the plan at the moment, just keep on trying and hopefully you'll see a loss soon.:)

Shala I got weighed this morning and am pleased to report another -2 lb loss:j I know I've already reached my target for the challenge but I'm hoping to lose another 7 lbs before my holiday in four weeks time.

Most of my meals usually consist of free foods and healthy extras so this week I'm going to look at ways of incorporating a few syns into them as I rarely use more than 20 syns per week. To be honest, I don't really know what to use them for as treats, as I don't often drink and daren't use too many on sweets or biscuits as I'm diabetic, although I would love to as I have a really sweet tooth.:rotfl:

I remember when corned beef was free on the Original plan. I used to make a syn free beef pate, using corned beef, canned stewing steak and diced onion. It was nicer than the Potted Meat from the butchers and my family loved it. I'll have to see if I can find the recipe and make it again.

Re SW consultants; the one I used to have, and her husband (also a consultant) had both lost a massive amount of weight but during the couple of years that I went to her group, they both gained all the weight they had lost, plus some more. I regularly saw them in Morrisons with a trolley piled high with pizzas, pies, cakes and biscuits etc and very little evidence of "healthy" food. Not a very good advertisement for SW...:rotfl:

I'm sure I already wrote this...must have lost it

Update: 0.5 syn for a cooked WW sausage from the fridge as the driving instructor wrote the wrong time for my lesson so I had to hang around for 2hrs waiting for her but didn't get chance for much of a proper lunch

Tea tonight now is salmon salad so 1syn for roasted veg cous cous, 1syn for mayo.

Dad bought me a bottle of fanta which is 8syn and I'm drinking it over the course of the evening (can't drink fizzy drinks very fast) as I rather fancy the tangy-ness of it to refresh me as I've not had much at all to drink today

Mum will soon be home then I will get her to think about where shed like to go tomorrow so I can start planning the picnic :-)

Does anyone know if weetaflakes are a hexb? They're not on the list I posted last week but you'd hope so if weetabix and bran flakes are.

If they used to be, I'm happy with that as I know Asda wholemeal pittas got struck off and I still eat those :D

Oh no I didn't know Asda Wholemeal pittas got struck off, I have been stocking up whilst 3 packs £1 in Asda Aw well will carry on eating them as I don't think one of these every couple of days is going to do much damage, When I think of the amount of bread I used to get through anyway, not to mention lathering in butter and doorstop cheese sandwiches

Discovered Swedish Krisprolls today and they are lovely and I think they are still a healthy extra I had three with prawn, mayo and gerkins, 1 syn for mayo. Bliss.

    Hello again

    More good losses.

    Mildredd, your dress is gorgeous.

Interesting tales of consultants' weights. I'd have thought they would have to stay with a certain percentage of a healthy weight/height ratio or be replaced. As jeanie said, it's not a good advert for SW, nor much of an incentive for members to make the effort.

    Monday's Menu

Breakfast: half grapefruit, 2 hexb weetabix with some hexa milk
Lunch: hm pea & ham soup, Shape raspberry yogurt
Dinner: chicken Kiev (2.5 syns) with SW chips and cabbage
Snacks: Alpen Light 70 cherry bakewell bar (3 syns)
    Total so far: 5.5 syns
I think I will have a banana for supper. I really should not have anything synful after yesterday. I am still very worried about the effect that pig out will have on tomorrow's WI.

Hope you all enjoyed the lovely weekend.
This week -1lb Thought it would be more :-(
Can't remember who it was but they had had the oats soaked overnight in yogurt for breakfast. Can I use skimmed milk instead as yoghurt to me is yucky!!!!.
Mildredd the dress looks gorgeous, sorry to hear about the stitch.
