Just back from Asda where I ripped the topped of my finger on the trolley and had to get the first aider to help me out with a plaster as I was bleeding quite a bit.

I bought the Muller light cappuccino yoghurts since you are saying how nice they are.
What did you do with them? thin them out with milk and serve with ice?

I am not usually keen on the Muller yogurts, its the idea that they are using Aspertame as a sweetener, but I drink diet coke, so being a hypocrite really. I also bought the turkish delight ones as I love turkish delight flavour, I think I am going to freeze one and have it with my fresh strawberries for pudding tonight.
I take it all these Muller lights are syn free?

Mildredd, I read your posts from a few days ago and then looked at your signature how much weight you have lost! Wow, you have done so well. I hope you feel a bit better and not so cranky with yourself.
The sun has decided to show up after all even though it keeps going into hiding so the washing is out. I had so much housework planned but with my finger all wrapped up and throbbing, I might just have to go sit in the garden and recuperate instead ;)

gained 1lb not quite a lb but rounding up :D. Been having tummy issues this week as had quite a bit of pasta and I KNOW I'm intolerant but it's so quick and easy. Suffered terribly since though and not 'been' since Friday morning so that has probably contributed to the gain. Hubby keeps nagging me to go get the blood test for coeliac as all my symptoms point that way especially the constant mouth ulcers. Funnily enough it was on the news on Friday about how many people could be undiagnosed coeliacs. Will def make an appointment in half term :p.

Right, have a hand on the wagon so can someone tie me to it please? :D

Thank you for the chart Shala and well done all you losers. Big hugs to those in need, keep the faith all :A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Snack: peanut hifi HEB, Skimmed milk HEA for latte with 3 syns chocolate cookie syrup. Yuuuuuum

Dinner: roast lamb -copying you again Shala! With cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, peas, mash with balsamic onions and gravy syns. Maybe 2 proper roast potatoes too, I'm feeling dangerous :D

Mumoftwo: I haven't tried the milk/ice/cappuccino thing yet as I don't have room for ice in the freezer! When I do I'll be blending it all together. Not sure what others do :)

It is far too warm for me to try and eat much at all so I'm having a big bowl of melon chunks, pineapple cubes and cherries with a banana and custard milk all straight from the fridge so lovely and icey cold :-)

Its also making me unsure what to have for my tea; I'm definitely not going to bil's BBQ now (finally decided) so may do myself a pasta salad type dish or may get some salmon out to defrost if I can decide quick enough.

If I have salmon I'll count a few syns depending in how I cook it.

I love fried onions and balsamic vinegar too, how do you make it and does it keep in the fridge for a while?

I just ate a cappuccino yogurt, it was a little sweet but lovely, I could eat loads of them. I love the Liberte yogurts, I love plain yogurt and add my own fruit.
  • hey all,

i agree the cappuncaio yoghurts are lovely, had them in "eton mess" this afternoon and it was amazing :)

todays realisation is that at preschool i was trying to move 2 bags of sand (approx 20kg) and couldnt even lift them up, it was then I looked at the weight of each bag and realised that they roughly are how much ive already lost. No wonder I feel so much better! Can't imagine that I used to carry that strapped around me basically xx

I used two red onions, three tablespoons of water, two tablespoons of sweetener and three tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Heated a saucepan with a little frylight, fried the onion on its own for a couple of minutes then put everything else in. Cooked over a low heat for about half an hour. No idea how long it keeps- last time I only used on onion and I used it all over two days :D
