    Morning all :)
Another gorgeous day. Just a shame I've got a load of work to do
OH decided to try the Teppanyaki grill we got for Xmas today- we cooked our breakfast bacon on there and a couple of fried eggs using Frylight. It was a great success- the eggs were beautiful :) the bacon was nice too :)
    Today's menu plan:
B: HEXB Ryvita Cracked Black pepper with HEXA Laughing Cow Light, lean bacon, fried egg, bananas x 2, NAS Ribena
L: Sweet beetroot salad with tuna, 2 apples
T: 2 x chicken legs with Spanish Chicken sauce (6 syns) Aunt Bessie's midweek mini roasties (1.5 syns) steamed mixed veg. Iceland Popping Candy Ice lolly (3.5 syns)
    S: smoked salmon and beans
Drinks: NAS Ribena, sparkling mineral water, Diet Pepsi
    Syns: 11
Body magic: managed half an hour on bike yesterday going for another half hour today :)
    Hope everyone's enjoying the sunshine :) x

Hello everyone, not had much chance to post but have just managed to catch up with all the posts I'd missed.

    Hello to all the newbies.

Well done to all the losers - some great results :T. Thanks for the chart Shala.

Dashing off now to get some jobs done outside while we still have a little bit of sunshine.

Good luck everyone for the coming week.

I can't find these on the SW website, I know that some of the Milbona fat free yogs are free such as strawberry and cherry.

If you let me know who makes them I will have another look

& the weight watchers ones are half a syn?

The tesco Cumberland were quite nice (for diet sausages) & I'm fussy about sausages, nice & peppery.

I know lamb shank probably isn't the best meal for a sunny day but I do enjoy it. One of my favourite ways is to roast it on a bed of chopped carrots, leeks and parsnips with stock and a few herbs. Then I'm planning cauli and broccoli on the side so we'll have SFs coming out of our ears!!

I'm with you maman, I love lamb shank. In the summer we Morrocan-ise (it's now a word) it with loads of herbs and have it with cous cous and mint yogurt

Well it's a beautiful day here and we've been sat out in the garden eating fresh pineapple and enjoying the sun, however, the noisy kids over the back have just come out so I've come in... I know I sound like a misery but they just shout (scream) each others names constantly and then the parents join in to tell them off :( it's get a tad tiresome..

I have to pop to Waitr0se anyway so off to find some more lovely fruit (and milk :D)
