First day
B - bacon, onion, Tom & pepper omelette with cheese (hea) & beans
L - melon & pineapple & yogurt
D - cold pasta (new sainsburys hi fibre white), hard boiled egg, chopped bacon, cheese (heb) & a ton of salad (toms, onions, sweet corn, cuecumber, radishes, sliced gherkins, peppers) & Kraft fat free garlic & herb dressing.
Snack (as if I needed any more food!!!)
Those snack biscuits with the llamas on the front, a small imdividual bag, I'm guessing 5-6 syns & a cup of tea with a dribble of skimmed milk, I'll be having a coffee later with skimmed milk too.
I've eaten loads!0 -
I like Weight watchers as I can sometimes get these reduced
Weight Watchers, Premium Thick Pork Sausages, chilled 6 pack. (67g each)115Weight Watchers, Premium Pork Sausages, chilled 8 pack. (50g each)½½3½Weight Watchers, Premium Cumberland Sausages, chilled 8 pack. (50g each)½½3½
Thank you for these values - couldn't get any NuMe ones at Morries earlier but thanks to seeing this post I knew the WW ones on the shed are just 0.5 syn each (on EE - premium pork sausages) so I got a packet :-) just had two with a jacket potato and salad for tea and very good, definitely a positive review from me!
Need to update my syn intake for today:
1 syn in really light mayo
2.5 syn Caxton pink'n'white
1 syn 2xWW sausages
5 syn 2x mini chocs
Total 9.5
So I have 5.5 left for tonight, going to use them on an options hot chocolate (2) and be done with it I think I will measure out the fabric I need to hem to finally finish the cot bed skirt and get myself a shower before bed :-) weird not watching the usual Saturday night TV but bf and I always record them to watch together if we're away or either of us are out...gosh we sound like a soppy couple!************************************

I don't see any meat so today could easily have been Green for you with the benefit of another HEA and B.please-let-me-be-lucky wrote: »Quite happy to be proven wrong on this one (infact, I'd love to be proven wrong as the honeycomb stix are awesome!), but we were told by our consultant that they are no longer a HEB and they weren't on the list that TopGirl posted a few days ago. Really hope you are right and I am wrong thoughXx
I think it was sary that said the website was playing up and not all the options were showing the other day. I checked today and the cereal bar list for HEBs has grown and the honeycomb stix are definitely there. Unfortunately we don't have B&M round here. Where else stocks them?0 -
Thanks for the info maman! Tesco stock the stix at the extortionate price of £1.79 but Poundland also do them (for funnily enough £1
) Xx

Good morning
STS for me please Shala Not been a great week eating wise. Too many soft bread rolls and wraps. I find them so hard to resist.
Line drawn
new week.
I like your attitude piggybankrupt with your McD quarterpounder and McFlurry. I need to start thinking like that and just count it in and just have the quarterpounder without the chips and milkshake but still enjoy it with the rest of the family. I so often feel like I am "giving" in and then feel like a failure and think: "I have failed now" and go on an eating binge.
I wish we had some sunshine, I have so much washing, would have been nice to get it outside.
todays menu: I love reading other people's menus btw
b: egg, bacon, tomato, beans mushrooms, maybe sausage
L: probably won't need anything
T: steamed Jersey Royal potatoes( I adore these so much) roast chicken and lots of veg
HEa/b: probably Ryvita's with Philly and cucumber
no ideas about syns yet, definitely some strawberries and banana for fruit
Have a great day0 -
Sorry there's no sun where you are mo2. Just waiting for the machine to finish a load then DH and I will go out and get a bit of BM.
Today's EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk
L: not sure but have LO jambalaya or fruit to snack on if I'm hungrylamb shank, SW roasties and loads of veg
Syns wine;)
I know lamb shank probably isn't the best meal for a sunny day but I do enjoy it. One of my favourite ways is to roast it on a bed of chopped carrots, leeks and parsnips with stock and a few herbs. Then I'm planning cauli and broccoli on the side so we'll have SFs coming out of our ears!!
Enjoy your MaccyD's piggy. I'm a great believer in making SW work for you and making it sustainable in RL. Too much going without and we'd give up. Hope you get some nice shopping.0 -
Morning all, already in the 20s here!
Should have planned today last night but I didn't get chance as I only ate my tea really late (for me)
Had a lie in today with little miss but now she's had her morning feed I have time to sort myself out a bit :-)
I'm thinking:
B: mushrooms, bacon, egg and tomatoes or beans (depends what's in the cupboard)
L: fish stick salad
T: really not sure; have been invited to a BBQ at bf's middle brothers house but that would mean not counting syns at all as I know what they are all like and it will be all meat and bread no salad etc or I could could myself something and stay home...not sure what I should dobut then bf and I are going to have a BBQ on Friday and i don't exactly see eye to eye with brothers gf and would 100% end up child watching tonight so....
HeA milk
HeB weetabix before bed
Syns: if not going to the BBQ then a chocolate bar (curly wurly or from my Easter stash) as a reward for doing all my jobs hehe
Lots to do including cutting the grass and some sewing...just need to eat breakfast************************************
