Afternoon all :-) officially one week since kicking myself in to touch so I'm calling Saturdays weigh in day and I'm pleased to say parents scale say I've lost 3kg so 6.6lb so far! Well I did tell bf I was going to try and lose 7lb whilst he's away ;)

    Today's menu:
B: shreddies (HeB) with semi skimmed (half HeA)
    Fruit - melon, pineapple, cherries
L: hmm I'm thinking salad with fish sticks and a cappuccino mullerlight
T: will be back at mine so just myself to please, jacket potato with salad and perhaps sausage (if I can get some of the sainsbugs ones) :-)
Syns: I think a curly wurly and a hot chocolate may be in order tonight unless I get distracted by sewing or doing my nails

Not interested in joes sausages as I will only buy one packet at a time!

:T Brilliant lush! Delighted for you. I'm sure you've enjoyed visiting family but it'll be good to get back in control again. When is BF back?

To be honest, they are the only ones I've tried as Sainsbury's is my nearest SM but they do seem to be the lowest syn value along with some NuMe ones from Morrisons that I haven't tried. I find them good and meaty.

Congratulations on the trousers. I have been meaning to go through my wardrobes to see what I can find, My plan is to try everything on and have a black bag ready to take anything now to big for the charity shop. Normally it gets put back just in case I put weight on again but this time I am determined its going, weight and clothes.

Strangely enough I was only reasoning out yesterday why I'm so conscious of any extra pounds I put on immediately. I realised that I don't have any 'fat' clothes any more. Just a couple of weeks ago I binned the last of my size 14 jeans that I bought just before I got to target and have been wearing around the house. It's a really good feeling.:D

I've had a SW breakfast (eggs on toast) and have chicken jambalaya planned for supper. Lunchtime I've no idea but will need to have plenty of SFs in it.;)

I'm calling a STS again Shala pls.

Thanks for all your kind words and thoughts about my Mam (she was diagnosed with breast cancer a few weeks back). Shes had her mastectomy and is slowly getting back to some normality; went to the hospital for her results on other biopsies a week or so back and they have recommended chemo so we are at hosp again on Wed afternoon for her pre-chemo check so if she is ok to have it, it will be once a week for the next 5-6 months... shes dreading losing her hair :-(

On a lighter and brighter note (!) Did my first ParkRun this morning; only 5k but with the sun was hard-going! Would recommend it to anyone wanting to keep fit or training for an event (training for a 10k in July and the Great North Run in Sept!) and hoping to go as many Sat mornings as I can!

I bought some biscuity things from B&M last week "just in case", but haven't needed anything sweet (other than Mullers) so I gave them to my daughter She says they're lovely and only 2.5 syns.

They're called Honey Monster Stix and the flavour is honeycomb and chocolate. Can't actually remember the price but they certainly won't have been expensive or I wouldn't have entertained the idea :D
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

You can have the honey monster stix as a healthy extra b. Not the marshmallow ones, they are still synned. Can't remember if its one or two bars though.

maman you're right its been lovely but I hate feeling like I have nothing to do/not getting anything done - even if at home I do a little bit here and there and do stuff gradually here I don't feel like I'm any help and just feel lazy!

Will be back here again next week for a few days as it's mum's birthday and she has a couple of days off work so we are trying to convince dad to go somewhere :-)

Bf is back on Thursday around tea time will be very nice to have him back! Will have lots of fresh fruit and veggies in for yummy snacks and salads plus if the weather stays nice maybe we can finally use our new BBQ and get people round for a bit of family time!

I was supposed to be cooking tea every night I've been here but dad always muscles in and takes over :-( really need to kick him in to touch a bit!

Hopefully this good weather sticks around a bit as I have some new low sun meat rubs/marinades I want to try and I'm loving salads feeling right rather than forced for lunch/tea!

Could have been wors. Gbf sed lets go for a drink before the degree show. What 'you want. A pint of bulmers i sed before remembering that's an awful lot of syns for someone going on to drink prosecco. Did i call him back? No did i stop the barman pouring it? No. Did i drink the lot? Yes. Then the art show then proscdo then more art show with handful of popcorn (sugared), olives and 1.5 mini bread sticks then another prosecdo. But did walk home past the chinese x 3, past the kebab shop x 2, past the chippy and made myself a totally free prawn and pasta thing. And yesterday is history.
Today had fish and chips for lunch sw style with free veg. 6.5 syns.
