Went to buy in more sausages from Sainsbury's today but was fazed as the packaging looked different. Decided not to buy any until I checked online.

Morning :) It's such a lovely day, shame I'm on my way to work!

    Yesterday:

Breakfast: melon, strawberries, cappuccino muller light
Lunch: leftover potato skin (yum!), tomatoes, banana, satsuma
Dinner: carbonara with quark, HEA Parmesan and smoked salmon. Mushrooms, spring onion, broccoli, cauliflower. 4 syns for pancetta.

HEB caramel hifi - another yum. Mini meringue 1 and chocolate
Snack a Jack 3. So 8 syns for the day :)

I did have a 2 finger kitkat on my plate but I didn't NEED it so I left it. I figure that I'll slip at some point and have too many syns so it can't hurt to not max out on them now.

Tonight the bf is making the pulled pork from the website, pretty excited :)

Hope everyone has a lovely sunny day.

Morning all... Got up really early today and OH is at work all day so danger time for me, I eat loads if OH isn't there to see - anyone else do that? It's like a secret eater thing:o

It is odd behaviour, I know, but he admits he does it while I'm not in.. :rotfl: nowt strange as folk!

So far I've scrubbed the bathroom, loaded the dishwasher, scrubbed the oven trays and put on some washing to keep myself busy :j I'm determined not to find myself staring into a cupboard or the fridge to see what I can snack on.

    So green day today
    B - toast (B) butter (3)
L - some sort of potato cheese bake, salad (A)
    T - chicken pasta (B & A)
    S - crisps (4) strawberries, pineapple

The warm weather has motivated me a bit i think, I'd like to wear some nice clothes without the wobbly bits showing :(

Talking of clothes, Mildredd, did you pick a dress yet? We'd love to see which one you've gone for..

Beanie, enjoy your party today. Sorry you've had a STS, but better than a gain x

I'll post the chart later, get outside and enjoy the sunshine everyone xx
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

  • I do that too Shala. This house isn't often empty but when it is it's like a green light to stuff as much in as possible. No idea why!!

Cautiously tried on some three quarter length summer trousers from the back of the wardrobe. They were so tight on me last summer they were bordering on unwearable, but now they swing loose!! :T chuffed to bits Xx
    Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Got up 6am to go to loo and found DGS sleeping on floor in hall,
apparently theres a BIG spider by his bed. Oh my I am terrified of the things. OK so go in and see the spider not too big. but have nothing to get it with, it was too early to run the hover.

3 hours on could run the hoover but cant find the spider now but at least the place is getting a good hoover. DGS fast asleep in my bed.

Anyway at least the roast beef for dinner is done, bunged it in at 6.30am.

Have a good day all now back to the spider hunt:eek:

I absolutely do that :( No idea why, it's like a race to have things before he gets back - or mainly at work for lunch. I suppose if I'm going to analyse myself it's because I'm embarrassed about having junk when I know I shouldn't and don't want him to see! Something I hope SW helps with.

Congratulations on the trousers. I have been meaning to go through my wardrobes to see what I can find, My plan is to try everything on and have a black bag ready to take anything now to big for the charity shop. Normally it gets put back just in case I put weight on again but this time I am determined its going, weight and clothes.
