Potato skins sound amazing yemma is it your own recipe?

Some great loses peeps, don't despair if you have gained or maintained, it will come off in the long run :o

It's so simple, not sure it qualifies as a recipe :D I baked the potato in the oven for an hour, scooped the middle out and mixed it with ham, spring onion and a tablespoon of quark (for one potato, I used Philly for the bf) then put it back in the skin. Topped with HEA cheese over both halves and put back in the oven for ten minutes. I really enjoyed it! Had with some salad bits.

L - leftover quorn chilli on jacket potato.

Snack - wholemeal bread bun (HEB1) with 30g grated red leicester (HEA1).

D - Butternut squash, sweet potato and butterbean curry with rice.
Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries with mullerlight.

    Evening,

Welcome MrsE. Well done to you losers!

Annie I hope the migraine has improved today. I have them occasionally, and they make me feel very sick, I get tunnel vision, and have flashing lights in my eyes. I've not had it make me have the squits before though. They're horrible things, so sending a gentle hug your way.

A busy day here for me baking all day, and as a consequence I ate at weird times during the daytime.

Decided to have a Green day today:

    B - banana
brunch - Strawberries, banana, Total yogurt split pot (2)
Later lunch - lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, pickled onions, carrots, chicken slices (HeB1), sprinkle of cheese from HeA1
D - baked potato rest of cheese from HeA1, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, celery, carrots, pickled onion, LF dressing (0.5)
Snacks - Jacobs Oddities (5.5), rich tea (2), digestive (4)
    HeA2 - milk
HeB2 - 2 x Alpen lights (old ones I found in stock in Tesco today - yay!)
    Total syns = 14

It's unlike me to use up so many syns on rubbish foods, but at least it was within plan.

I think I'm craving sweet things because * is looming. I'm a few days late, having been a whole week early last month. Must be my age! Be glad when they stop altogether tbh.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

    Love the quotes c31 specially

That's my favourite one or at least the one that best resonates tonight. I had a difficult work phone call and then fell into a wine glass.:o

Welcome MrsE, I agree that trying the suggested 7 day menu on the website is an excellent way to get started. Do you have a plan? Are you joining a group? Going online? Just ask if you have any questions.
