How do you know the difference between old and new Alpen Lights?
aw I thought it was a riddle...
Weighed myself and 1/2 pound heavier than Monday. Noooo. Remind me I must not weigh myself between classes! I must not let this blip become an excuse to binge. Local art college degree show tonight. Have my ticket with prosecco at the ready. 4.5 for 125 ml, 6 for 175 ml, 9 for 250ml. Lucky I managed to resist all those pastries at the meeting this morning :A

Just popping in to say hi and well done on some really good losses. :T

    Todays eats on EE

    B - banana

L - jacket potato with minted mushy peas with large SF salad and cappucino yoghurt

D Sainsburys Chow Mein (6 syns) with loads of SF veggies and large bowl of fruit salad

S 2 weetabix HEXB with ss milk HEXA

Total syns so far 6 ;)

Had the Sainsburys Chow Mein in freezer for a while so checked it out and I thought I could live with 6 syns. Interesting point though - their chilled Be Good To Yourself Chow Mein (same weight) was actually 8 syns - at times it doesn't make sense.

Hoping to get some grass cutting done over the weekend if this weather holds out - haven't really spent much time concentrating on Body Magic yet.

    Have a good weekend everyone

lush, pleased that your brother got the job and that you enjoyed the Indian BUT.... I've always had the feeling that your family (and BF's IIRC) are out to sabotage you. Maybe not deliberately but they just don't quite seem to 'get' that you're serious about losing weight. But you proved them wrong before and you will again!.

I know where you're coming from, bf's family are mostly supportive it's more his mum! She tried SW with me for a few weeks and didn't get along with it and seems to think that because she didn't no one must and any success if down to something else so I get biscuits etc pushed my way (I have become an expert at slipping them in to my bag now ;) ) as for my lot; brother thinks I'm too strict so lose weight too quickly (he tries different weight loss ideas every so often but never really sticks at them) dad seems to think I shouldn't worry about it and switches between lots of support for me and wanting me to treat myself and mum just worries that I lose weight too quickly as when I got to target before I was still losing 4+lb a week even with upping healthy extras and adding a few extra syns here and there! She's been great other than last night.

Today I have mostly been very good. For tea I had roast pork with no fat, a splash of gravy and just two small roasties plus a small Yorkshire pud and whilst out letting mums colleagues see baby I had just one teeny tiny piece of dads Russian honey cake!

Won't have any more syns today and will just have warm milk (most of HeA ) before bed :-)

  • Well done to everyone for today's losses!

It was too hot and sunny to go to the gym this morning so we went for a walk instead, 8 miles and over 1400 cals burnt - and a suntan too :D.

    Green Day menu

    B - 70g weetabix minis (2xHEB) and 250ml S.S.milk (HEA1).

L - Spanish style omelette (sliced potatoes, onions, mushrooms, peppers, peas) with HEA2 cheese. Apple.

D - Sweet and Sour (diet orange) quorn. Noodles.
    Pineapple, blueberries, melon, kiwi, strawberries.

No syns. Desperate for a decent loss this week.
