Have tried the cappachino muller light , milk & ice cubes.
    Was very lush.
    I used skimmed milk.

    Now trying to resist chocolate!!!!

I still haven't tried this, but do you blend the ice into it? At group last night one woman was insisting they were 4.5 syns each! She got shouted down :)

Well, I lost 7lbs in my first week :D Obviously know it's mostly water etc etc however I'm super happy about it. I said I wanted to lose 5st, so it feels good that 10% is gone already. Really motivates me to keep it up.

Another one here with an August wedding. Will probably still be looking at 22/24 then (realistically). I don't do dresses as I have the worst looking legs on the planet which is a shame as there are some gorgeous looking ones out there atm. Had thought about some narrow legged trousers (light coloured) and a longish tunic to cover the many lumps and bumps. Will not have a very big budget but at the same time I do not want to spend too much as hopefully it won't be too long before its too big (I can live in hope).

I bet you will feel like the 'bees knees' Mildredd when people see you who haven't seen you for a while. Get out there and enjoy all your hard work - you deserve it. :D

I hope those cappucino yogs are free Yemma (my consultant said they were) as we have just bought 30 of them from Morries whilst they have the offer on (not all for us have left some with Mum).

    Menu so far

    B - Fruit Salad

Lunch - LO Jambalaya with Cappucino yog (Jambalaya had loads of SF in it)

As for the rest of the day - who knows :o

Well I had better get up and do something now.

Catch up with you all later.

So yesterday I had 1tbsp low fat salad cream on my lunch 1syn, calculated my tea to be 6syn, 7syn for my fruit pie so 14...no wine :(

Then, the parents left a few bits from a bag of cadbury marvelous mix up by me when then went to bed and when bubs was having a rough time at about 3am I caved and ate them :(

Ignoring it as a blip and not letting it get to me, basically starting almost fresh today.

Breakfast: lean Bacon and mushroom omelette (no cheese)
Snack: satsuma, some melon chunks and a Caxton pink and white (2.5syn)
Lunch: not sure yet, probably a jacket potato with either tuna and 1syn of salad cream or beans plus salad and a mullerlight
Tea: cooking my first roast in ages, will have roast pork with no fat/crackling, mash (no milk or butter), fresh veggies, possibly one roastie (not a massive fan) or a roast parsnip if we have them and a small amount of gravy think the options for afters are pie or fruit so I will have fruit and some natural yogurt (1syn)

Currently I have 10.5syns available for tea so I may have a small glass of light rose at last...wonder if I may have enough left for an options hot Choc tonight

It may end up that this is my treat type day I think, generally I always had one 'naughty' meal a week to keep my motivation up. Roast dinners are my favourite so will probably end up slightly over my syns but onwards and downwards still :-) next one won't be until next week when it's mum's birthday and I want to make sure we celebrate her so really nice meal and a cake will be around I think!

Great loss Yemma, it really does feel great to have a good first loss. Don't worry if you only lose a bit more next week, it's to be expected after such a bit loss this week. It all balances out over time.

Well done though, and keep up the good work!

I've just tried my bread recipe and it worked, eating two slices spread with quark as we speak. Not sure if this is the place to post the recipe or if it should be on the other thread, but here goes:

    Microwave Bread

    3 med eggs
4 tbsp water - or more if necessary
    4tbsp milk
    12 tbsp brown rice flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    pinch of salt.

Use microwaveable lunch container - 750ml type

Place the dry ingredients in the lunch container and mix to combine.

In a separate bowl place the eggs, milk and water.
Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix well, adding more water until you get a thick cake like consistency.

Pour the mixture back into the lunch container.

Cook for 5 mins on full power. Turn out if still wet on the bottom, put in upside down for a further min. Turn onto a wire rack and cool.

You may vary the flavour by adding herbs, seeds, or garlic. It can be sliced and toasted to use in other meals. Keeps well(about a week) when wrapped in foil and kept in the fridge.

Would someone more SW savvy check this and make sure I haven't missed any syns

Oops sorry, I just looked at the bag of flour and reckon I've used 125g of rice so far too many syns. Will have to chuck it out.
